"Nice room in a quiet location"

"Cleanliness. High quality breakfast. Friendly helpful staff"

"I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Norfolk. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful throughout, the hotel bar, food, and ambience were all excellent, and the bedroom was neat, comfortable, and functional. I would not hesitate to stay again should I need temporary accommodation in central Fremantle."

"Lovely stay at this hotel. Check in experience was great. Location was great and within walking distance to all major attractions in Fremantle."

"A unique location to stay with a significant history to Freo. Close to all the great restos, beach, train station, etc. We chose the private room option as older travellers which made for a comfortable stay. Lots of space in the room and on the site. Best part was the wonderful, super friendly and accommodating staff."

"The place is okay, but honestly, it could be so much better. No in-room dining options. We were told we could order breakfast downstairs at the bistro and take it back to our room, which isn't exactly premium service. Breakfast was disappointing. We were asked how we'd like our eggs cooked, although I'm not sure why they bothered. My over-easy eggs looked like they'd been splattered into the pan and forgotten about. I sent them back. "the guy there very kindly let us check in early to a clean and well equipped room. We couldn't get the air con to work but it didn't matter as there was a nice breeze blowing through the window and we had the door open as it was very private. We were impressed with the whole self check-in/check-out concept and all the breakfast ready for you in the morning (included in the price). It was situated in a random place in an industrial area but there were eateries nearby and Uber to take you into...

"Clean room, very nice staff. The only negative things is that you have to pay $25 for parking. And the parking is not part of the hotel so you have to walk less than a block down the street to get to the car. Other than that I enjoyed my stay."

"Easy parking, convenience stores straight across the road."

"Perfect! We loved it"

"Nice clean room, we had a beautiful view of Kings Park. The room also had a kitchenette and a washing machine. Great, central location. Would definitely stay again!"

"Pool and bar area are great. Just wish the restaurant and coffee shop had longer hours"
