Country 3-bed house with WiFi and AC in welcoming Swain, near Letchworth Park!

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay. This new home sits on nearly six acres that connects to the 1,395-acre English Hill State Forest. We are located on a dirt road with minimal traffic, mostly side by sides, ATV's or locals. Beautiful views of the night sky far away from the city light pollution. We are 15 miles from Letchworth State Park, "The Grand Canyon of the East". Swain Ski Resort is only a 10 minute drive! Come relax by the two private ponds & trails in the woods:-)
Guest access
Use of the entire home.

All other buildings, sheds, or shelters are private and not for guest use.

If you're planning a stay during the winter months (November–April), please be prepared to clear any snow or ice from the steps and porch for safe access.
Our local weather can be unpredictable, and storms may arrive suddenly. We have a professional snow plowing service for the driveway, but this contract does not include shoveling walkways, steps, or salting for ice.
Shovels (and occasionally ice melt) are provided right by the front steps for your convenience.

    This was the perfect base for our travels in western New York with our adult children and my husband’s siblings. It was private, comfortable, spacious, clean, and had several unexpected special touches, from animal track identification cards to games to chocolates. We particularly enjoyed being able to relax around the fire by the pond after hiking all day.

    This property was perfect for our New York family vacation. The home was very clean and comfortable. We found ample storage for all our things and it was well stocked with appliances/cookware/utensils for all our meals. The property itself was very peaceful with deer spotted in the backyard and birds singing all day long! We loved that there was a washer & dryer for laundry and the axe throwing game on the covered back deck was a huge hit for our kids!Thank you to the owners for not only sharing your home with us, but for being so thoughtful in how you stocked it to make our stay enjoyable and comfortable. If we are back in the area again, we will definitely consider staying here again!

    All we could have hoped for!

    Our party of 11 (ages 18 to 77) could sincerely not have hoped for anything more! The house was well, equipped, and details were carefully thought out. It was quiet but full of things to do like outdoor games, fishing in the pond, and cooking meals together. I wanted to take the grills home with me! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    We had a great time! The house was perfect and had everything we needed and MORE! We loved the Pond, trails and Disc Golf! The porches were wonderful to sit out on in the mornings and evenings! Scott was Super quick to respond and very helpful! We will definitely be back! Maybe in the fall or winter to ski!

    Family trip to New York

    This home was absolutely perfect for us. It was so well equipped and comfortable and clean. Just as described on the website. It was centrally located to all we wanted to doing including Letchworth Park, of course. Scott was friendly and available. One of the best vacation rentals we've ever been in.
