Welcome to a modern oasis of comfort - Villa Epic 2, located in the picturesque Svetvinčenat! This contemporary villa transforms your vacation into a dream experience. In a peaceful setting, Villa Epic 2 spans 330 square meters of living space and 900 m2 of grounds, providing privacy, luxury, and comfort for a group of up to 8 people.

Villa Epic 2 offers four spacious rooms. On the ground floor, there is one room with its own bathroom, while the second bathroom is located in the hallway. On the upper floor, there are three rooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share a common bathroom. Each room is equipped with a king-size bed measuring 180x200 cm and is carefully designed to provide guests with a premium experience. The spacious rooms offer privacy, and the elegant details create a warm and inviting atmosphere. Additionally, a spare bed (90x200 cm) is available and can be placed in any of the bedrooms upon guests’ request.

The air-conditioned, spacious living room is an ideal place to relax with your favorite movie on the large TV screen.

From the living room, step out onto the spacious terrace and enjoy the sun's rays or relax in the outdoor heated pool measuring 50 m2 (10x5 m) and 1.5 m deep, perfect for refreshment and relaxation. The pool also includes a shallow area for children measuring 1.5x3.5 m and 0.3 m deep. Surrounded by lush greenery, Villa Epic 2 offers intimacy and tranquility, creating a perfect ambiance for relaxation.

Villa Epic 2 offers private parking for guests. Guests can enjoy the state-of-the-art kitchen inside the villa or experience local gastronomic delights on the terrace, creating unforgettable moments of togetherness.

* In the period from October 5th to March 29th, the pool heating fee is 100 euro per reservation.

Additional cleaning in case of heavy soiling: 150 euro

Pets are allowed, but according to house rules, they are not permitted in the bedrooms.

Self check-in is available at the villa.

We retain the right to decline reservations that do not meet this criterion.
Additionally, the house rules strictly prohibit parties or events, as well as smoking.
Please note that pets are on request an additional charge is possible.

Note: for younger groups, the security deposit is 500 euros.
Maximum 2 pets, price per pet per day:
up to 5 kg – 10 euro, over 5 kg – 15 euro
