The 3-room house has 80 square meters of living space spread across two levels. On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room with a sofa bed, satellite TV (flat screen), air conditioning, and access to the swimming pool. There is also an open kitchen equipped with an oven, dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. A separate WC is available on this level. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed (160 cm), shower/WC, and air conditioning.
