Situated on its own 300 sqm fenced garden, guests have at their disposal a 20 sqm swimming pool, sun loungers, an outdoor dining table and a tavern with barbecue. In the town Sv. Lovreč, which is only a few minutes away by car, you will find an ATM, a supermarket, a restaurant-pizzeria, cafe-bars and a children's playground.



Villa Zaneta with an area of 131 sqm with two separate entrances is spread over two floors. The first floor has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with double bed and a separate bathroom. On the second floor there is a living room, fully equipped kitchen, two double bedrooms, one of them with access to the terrace and a separate bathroom. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
