On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (wood/coal). Entrance to the 1st flat on the ground floor via 2 steps. Entrance to the 2nd flat on the 1st floor via the outside staircase. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV, DVD and CD. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 20 sqm, covered terrace with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with dishwasher, gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, bidet, hairdryer, window and washing machine.
1st floor: Living room with lounge, dinette, TV, DVD and CD. The dinette offers space for 4 persons. You have access to the 15 sqm, covered balcony with garden furniture. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Cooking nook in the living room with gas stove (2 burners), electric cooker (2 plates), exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave and coffee machine. Labin, district Strmac. The holiday home is located on a 700 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The holiday home consists of 2 apartments, rented as a single unit. Each apartment has its own entrance. The upper apartment is accessible via the external staircase. The apartments are each 50 sqm in size. Youth groups under 20 not allowed. Access is via a side road (asphalted, length 200 m). Parking (for 2 cars) in carport and on the property.
