"We had some initial problems as the property had been left empty for a while with quite a bit of water damage and the roof needed repair, so walls were damp. Things improved after roofers came and heating was on for a few days."

"We didn’t realize that the property was one of four in a row. We thought it was an individual building so that was very disappointing. Also, the pictures make the unit look a lot a lot bigger than it is and it is right by the road and right by the stables, which when we were, there wasn’t too bad but I would imagine in the summer. They’re gonna smell pretty bad."
