Beautiful Ocean Front condo. 404

The condo is a few miles south of Myrtle Beach in a small beach town. No high rise hotels or large crowds. A real family beach. The condo is on the top floor of a 4 story building, with an elevator, no noise from people above you. The condo has 3 bedrooms, and sleeps 8, 1 king-sized bedroom, 1 queen-sized bedroom, and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. The couch in the living room lets out into a queen bed. You will love the large balcony off of the living room and master bedroom. The balcony is great for drinking coffee in the morning while you watch the sun rise. At night, with a little luck, you may see a full Carolina Moon over the ocean. There is a large 48'' TV with a DVD player in the living room. an additional TV in the master bedroom. Air conditioning and Ceiling fans will maintain a cool temperature during the hot SC summer. Free internet service is available for all guest. The condo is bright and cheerfully decorated,. It has a real beach look. The cathedral ceilings with skylights make a great first impression. When you arrive the beds will be made with towels hung in the bathrooms. All you need to do is come to the beach and start having fun! The building has a beautiful shared swimming pool There is a large patio near the ocean with grills for your cookout parties. You will be a short drive to Murrell's Inlet, the seafood capitol of South Carolina. If you love seafood, this a great place to eat. While in Murrells Inlet take time to enjoy the board walk and enjoy the marsh views. There are bands preforming at most of the restaurants along the board walk. We rent Saturday to Saturday, arrival time is 3:00 PM, and departure time is 10:00 AM. Our building does not allow pets. There is parking for two cars. Trailers, boats, motor homes and golf carts are not permitted. The condo is a smoke free unit. If you decide to rent from us we will email you a rental agreement that will provide additional information.

Family beach trip

Property was exactly what we expected. Great location, very close to beach. Elevator is a huge help and having luggage carts and shopping carts available were a tremendous bonus. Pool was perfect. Neil was very easy to communicate with and very helpful.

Vacation in Surfside

Had beautiful weather. Great times on the beach. Condo was clean and the beds were great. No trouble sleeping. The only thing I can suggest is some microwaving cookware. Other than that no complaints whatsoever. Sincerely, Cathy Bazen

Great beach

Good location and a great beach front, beach was very clean. Property was as described, parking is a little tight if you have a large truck or other vehicle. Overall had a great week!

Perfect!!

What a fantastic place!! Location is amazing & condo unit was appropriately outfitted with everything you could possibly need including blackout curtains in every room. Neil was a pleasure to rent from. We will be back again and again!!

Exactly as pictured. Perfect vacation.

Owner went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect. We went after pool season and he managed to keep the pool open one extra week for us. The place was amazing. Any small questions I had were answered right away. I will definitely be back. Could not have asked for a better stay. Beautifully decorated and so roomy. We felt at home.

What a Gem!

Wow, this place is nice! The pictures really do not do it justice. Location, location, location. With an oceanfront deck accessible from both the living area and the master bedroom, the sound and sites of the ocean were never out of view. Sunrises and oceanfront dining were a favorite event for us during our stay – without the need to leave our unit. The ocean was only a few steps away and the beach never felt crowded or rowdy. The décor inside was beachy and fun and the amenities great. Neil (the owner) was very responsive and accommodating, making us feel right at home for our week at the beach. The area felt friendly and safe, with lots of family friendly activities and excellent dining options. The only downside of the trip was having to say goodbye. Thanks Neil, we’ll be booking this unit again.
