24 Hour gated Security community. This beautiful spacious open concept living room ,dining room, kitchen. porch. Large 2 bed room , 2 baths, one step in tub sleeps 6 ,available potable Front Gate EZ Queen size bed for 2 extra guest. Rental includes golf cart, Private beach parking and beach access. Amenities range from 2 outdoor pools, kid play land pool, indoor pool(open year round) During season every Wednesday is Ice Cream Social at the Hickory pool, every Friday BBQ grilled hot dogs and hamburgers. Tennis courts, Bocie Ball Courts, Basketball Court, Shuffle Board, Washer, Dryer, fireplace for the winter month. Newer stainless steel appliances. Pool toys, beach chairs. BBQ Grille. Just a 1 minute ride to the beach in the golf cart! We are a pet friendly property, there is a non refundable $125.00 pet fee, 50.00 for 2nd pet. Neither to exceed #45 unless cleared by Kevin

Stunning

We absolutely loved this house. Everything about it was amazing. We really enjoyed the community as there where games we could go use plus the pool and private beach. Everyone was very nice. The house was stocked with everything would could need. We loved sitting in the screened in porch watching the birds every morning. The kids loved going in the golf cart and drive around. Overall we had an amazing vacation!! And would recommend anyone who is looking for a wonderful VRBO!! Thank you for everything

Great Family Friendly Location

We loved this private, safe, gated community! This was a first time vacation for our 1 year old son and we were a little nervous, but it was so easy and perfect for a family. The golf cart was perfect and so easy to get around on, the access to the beach was perfect and so convenient and our son LOVED the splash pad and pool at the complex. Such a great family friendly vacation!

Roomy with very nice furnishings!

This home was spacious and provided plenty of space for our family. The owners have done a wonderful job with the furnishings and have lots of storage areas to put things. My granddaughter especially loved the ducks, geese and turtles that visited the house daily. The screened porch is great along with the amenities that are available with this property. The pool area and water park is such a great addition for loads of family fun! I guess if I had to change anything, I would pick a property closer to the beach, but a golf cart was provided so that made it more convenient to get there. We had a great week!

Would stay here again

We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again. Clean, comfortable, and convenient house in a safe, friendly community. Oceanside Village never disappoints and we felt right at home at Pineapple Cove. The included golf cart makes it fun and easy to access the beach or drive around the village. We forgot our chairs and umbrella at home and were pleased to find the shed stocked with beach supplies for guests to use. We had a long trip and arrived to a welcoming note, a pineapple, and dog treats! Kevin was friendly and easy to contact. Thanks for everything!

Family vacation

Family and I enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the welcome sign in the kitchen with all our family member's name! Kids loved riding the golf cart! Easy access to pool and beach! Very well supplied and clean! Thank you!

Overall Excellent

This home is beautiful, plenty of room for a family. We experienced several minor issues, but Kevin the property manager responded immediately to our requests. There is an issue with the cart holding a charge that couldn't be repaired during our stay. Facilities are all very nice, only a few minute cart ride to the beach. We spent a lot of time on the back deck, due to the weather, which is a nice part of this property. Despite the minor issues, I would still rate our stay as 5 star and wouldn't hesitate to go back. Again, Kevin was very responsive to anything we needed and was very nice to respond to all of our texts

Enjoyed our week!

The community was well kept and quiet. The house was perfect for our stay. We really enjoyed the golf cart. We also enjoyed the screened in porch and the feathered friends who visited out back. The only negative for me was the crowded pool areas and beach. However, we normally visit Myrtle Beach In early June and this was our first visit to the area in July. I assume it is probably the same up and down the coast at this time of year! We would love to stay in this house again and look forward to our next visit!

Pineapple cove

It’s a beautiful house on the water. There are a few things that need fixed the wall in the bedroom has some type of water damage and is pulling apart also the A/C works wonderfully in the front of the house but the back bedroom is about 10 degrees warmer than the rest of the house. Overall we loved our stay the screened in porch is lovely at night and you’re a short distance from the beach. We would definitely stay again.

Great place

Overall the home was perfect the view of the lake while sitting on the screened in porch was definitely nice. We had issues with the golf cart the whole time we were there Kevin the property manager was great helping us try to fix it! The home is very spacious the beds in the second bedroom are very uncomfortable would be fine for kids but adults well you will be sore when you wake up every morning.! Oceanside Village is very quiet a lot different than Ocean Lakes where we normally stay. I also felt like the neighbors that live next to the property and a couple houses down watched us the whole time that we were there! one time he came over and told my nine-year-old son that he was not allowed to put the bluegill that he caught back in the water on the hook, he was waiting on his dad to help him take it off the hook so he put it back in the water so it wouldn’t die and then got fussed at. Then he didn’t want to fish after that because he was afraid that man was watching him ! The bathrooms at the pool were soooo gross ! I liked reading reviews of where I’m staying so I tried to include everything we noticed ! Overall it was an amazing place to stay ! Just needs a few things fixed to make it the best !

Wonderful Trip

My husband and I, as well as my best friend and her husband have been coming to Oceanside Village for several years. As soon as we found out the house we normally rent wasn’t available, we started searching for a new house in the same neighborhood. That’s how we found Pineapple Cove. The house was so nice and clean upon arrival and the location couldn’t be better! The house has everything you need to cook with, which we did most nights. The layout was perfect for socializing as the main area of the house was an open concept. The porch was our absolute favorite place to hang out in the mornings and in the evenings. The property manager was so easy to get in touch with if we needed anything. We hope to be able to visit again soon!

Nice House with View of Pond BUT beware you have to accept Insurance

We enjoyed our stay. There is a very nice golf cart. The beds are comfortable and the house is clean. There is very good communication with the property manager. ***Now with that said- during the reservation process you are asked to select insurance and you are not allowed to go any further until you select coverage that is not cheap and -THIS IS NONREFUNDABLE! We always leave any rental property in as good shape or better than we found it so for this insurance that you have to get during the reservation process to me is unacceptable so, no I probably would not reserve this house again.

Excellent vacation

My family and I loved the house and location. Very quite and respectful neighborhood, my kids loved the pond out back. Kevin was great to work with and very welcoming. We’ve been coming to Oceanside for 6 years now and this has been one of the best homes we’ve stayed in. Thanks again Kevin and we would love to rent your place again

First Myrtle beach trip

Property is very clean and well represented by photos. Plenty of dishes etc but if you’re cooking you need to supply everything food wise. Pantry items in the amenities does not mean any cooking staples or spices. Most places Ive stayed provided at least coffee, cooking spray, tea, sugar. Need to Bring your own beach towels. Also the house is not one block from the beach. The east edge of the community is one block - still accessible by golf cart from the house but not walking distance.

BEACH TRIP

The day we arrived the ac was not working. Contacted the property manager and a tech showed up same day. By Tuesday morning the new unit was installed. Owner offered compensation for our trouble. The house is beautiful. The lake out back kept our son entertained for hours. Golf cart ride to the beach. We also used the outdoor and indoor pool too along with the dog park.

Great Family Trip

You never know what to expect until you are actually there. This home exceeded our expectations, 10 fold. The home was charming and spacious for my family. Relaxing Get Away

My family and I really enjoyed this property. The house was very comfortable and the kids loved being on the pond. The turtles provided hours of entertainment. We were 10-20 minutes from all the attractions we did. Kevin was an excellent property manager and was very sweet. We'd definitely come back.

Very nice!

The weather during our stay wasn't the greatest so we spent a lot of time at the house. Luckily the the property is very nice and well maintained! The area was quiet and very relaxing. It was great to have a grill to cook at the house and it was really nice to have the golf cart to see the neighborhood and go to the beach when the weather permitted. Kevin is also very pleasant and accommodating.

Nice Location

Once we got rid of the stale cigarette smoke smell this was a decent place to stay. The kids very much enjoyed looking at the ducks off the screened in porch and loved riding the golf cart to the beach.

Excellent respite from the cold and snowy North!

What a wonderful stay we had and because of the experience we are coming back next year! Pineapple Cove was very homey, comfortable, nicely decorated, efficient and in a great neighborhood where the people were so friendly. The amenities were awesome--really great appliances (full-size washer and dryer; big refrigerator; clean stove, oven and microwave); a well-stocked kitchen with every gadget and small appliance you could imagine needing to prepare food and beverages; and plenty of dishes, silverware and cups and glasses. Our friends staying in other establishments were jealous! The full-sized screened in porch was so great for us and for our dog as we enjoyed watching the different birds and turtles at the lake. The private beach access was wonderful and so easy to get to by foot or by golf cart provided with the property. We also loved the Food Lion across the street and used Tupelo Bay golf course regularly. The property manager, Kevin, was the best and quick to respond to every question throughout our first VRBO experience and on site. Our arrival in MB was delayed a couple of times due to bad weather in the North and a dead car battery along the way and when we finally made it to the house in the dark of night we were greeted with a wonderful "welcome" sign along with a sandwich platter, snacks, fruit and water! What a sight for sore and tired eyes! We really had a great experience all around and thank everyone for making it so!

Great experience

The location is ideal to Myrtle beach and the amenities are amazing, we didn’t even explore Myrtle beach that often since the community has so much to offer! My toddlers loved the indoor pool, and the golf cart to get around the community was super convenient and only a few min golf cart ride to the beach, where you have private parking. The screened in back porch was super nice. Kevin was a great property manager and super helpful, would definitely recommend this property!

Nice, roomy home. Mold/mildew problem

The property is very nice. There was a leak in a pipe while we were there. Major water damage. The care taker addressed the leak but never did anything to address the wet wood/walls/molding, etc. I asked if it would be addressed, nothing. A week later we could smell mildew. I asked again, keeping in mind that a my son and I are allergic to mold/mildew and we both have asthma. The care taker said a dehumidifier was to expensive (150-200 dollars). Instead he brought me these DampRid from a grocery store. They did not absorb water at all, complete waste of money. I am very disappointed that our health was jeopardize because of his negligence. I would have gladly taken a refund for our last 3 weeks in the home but could not afford to go elsewhere on top of paying for this home. Just use caution when staying here. If you have any allergies or asthma stay away. If you’re healthy this is an awesome place to be.

Fantastic screened in porch!

Loved our time on the screened in porch watching the ducks and swans. We were delighted to see a welcome sign, fresh pineapple, 2 waters and biscuits for our fur babies. Home is spacious and comfortable. Bed is comfortable and kitchen is well stocked. We loved riding in the golf cart. My only comment is that the throw rugs in the bedroom and bathroom are very old and look like a lot of feet have been on them and all the paperwork and insurance requirements seemed excessive. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Home away from home

This was the 9th year we have stayed in Oceanside Villages and we stayed at Pineapple Cove for the first time. This home was home away from home! The home was beautiful inside, tranquil colors and very cozy! It was so relaxing to sit on the lovely screened in porch overlooking the canal in the mornings, watching and listening to the birds sing, the swans beauty and the ducks quacking away! Enjoying a nice rain sitting on the porch was very relaxing as well. I would absolutely stay at Pineapple Cove again! Owners are very sweet and Kevin was there for anything we needed!
