The upper level offers expansive living and dining areas perfect for gathering, along with a well-appointed kitchen featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, wood flooring, a center island, and breakfast bar seating. A second living area on the middle floor provides additional space to relax and unwind.

Step outside to your private oceanfront swimming pool and private boardwalk leading directly to the beach. Additional outdoor amenities include an enclosed outdoor shower with dressing area, ideal after a day in the sun and surf. Inside, enjoy modern conveniences such as a wet bar, multiple TVs (including two large flat screens), cable service, and high-speed internet.

Please note: the private pool is closed November through March.

For weekly rentals, bed linens (for bedroom beds only) and beach/bath towels are provided.

A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
