1 Fine Day is a spacious oceanfront home ideally located at the foot of the Holden Beach bridge, offering unbeatable views, a private pool, and easy access to many of the island’s favorite attractions. With ocean views throughout and decks on both the oceanfront and street side, this home provides beautiful scenery in every direction—including stunning views of the bridge and coastline.

Inside, the large, fully stocked kitchen makes preparing meals a breeze, while the dining area offers ample seating for gathering and sharing meals together. The open living area overlooks the ocean, creating the perfect space to relax after a day at the beach. Step outside onto the oceanfront decks to enjoy fresh coastal breezes and panoramic views.

This home features four bedrooms across two levels. The lower level includes an oceanfront primary suite with a private bathroom. Upstairs, you’ll find a sitting area with oceanfront views, a queen bedroom with a private bath, another queen bedroom, and a fourth bedroom with a double bed and bunk beds, connected by a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. An upstairs office closet provides a convenient workspace for guests who need to work remotely.

After a short walk to the beach, cool off in your private pool with plenty of seating, then rinse off in the enclosed hot and cold outdoor shower. In the evenings, enjoy family game nights or take advantage of the home’s prime location—just a short walk to concerts, festivals, the town park, ice cream shops, candy stores, and local restaurants. The nearby town park features a splash pad, playground, and covered pavilion, making this an ideal spot for families.

Included Amenities With Weekly Rentals:
- Bed linens (beds in bedrooms only) are provided for weekly rentals. Towels are not provided but may be rented through Coastal Vacation Resorts. 
- A Welcome Amenity Bag is included with starter toilet paper, paper towels, a kitchen kit, and a bathroom kit.
