The sofa bed are self-service, all the settings are in the storage/ shelf, with English label on it, pillow cover, it's super simple you can set up in 2 mins.



This house is provided with hotel quality supplies such as towels, tooth brush set, body wash & shampoo, etc. Feel free to use the amenities during your stay. Separate toilet and bath. Air-conditioning provided can be heating or cooling air depending on your need.

Other Things to Note:

Please be sure to read and understand this house rules before confirming your reservation.



1. Please be careful in using electricity and gas. Refrain from dangerous materials that can cause fire or other accidents. Strictly no smoking in the room.



2. Kindly use the beddings (futons, pillows, etc.) and equipment carefully ( Note : if the futon pillows, etc. is soiled, additional cleaning fee will apply.



3. The house is located on an island, insects & bugs are inevitable, especially during the summer season.

Be careful when opening the entrance door and windows.



4. No Parties allowed. Avoid creating noise that will disturb others/neighbours.



5. Any part of the house that is damaged, if you lost or forgot to return the key. This will all be charged accordingly.



6. In the event of any disaster or accident. Including power or water outage, Will do our best to assist and help you with the situation. However we are not responsible for this unavoidable circumstances. We cannot refund the total or partial amount of your reservation for those reasons. Cancellation policy applies.



7. NO pets allowed.



Check-in time is at 3:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am, we will prepare for the next day's customers, so please be punctual.



Under Japanese law, all hosts are required to keep a record of all guests. This includes their name, home address, occupation and dates of stay. If your guest does not have a home address in Japan, you will need to collect a copy of their passport stating their nationality and passport number.



So please send me your passport copy after your reservation is confirmed . You may send your passport copy as an attachment via email or using your smart phone on your booking channel app.

My House is protected with CCTV/ Security Camera for safety & protection of all my guest. This also serve as my guide when you do self check in. Please be aware and be guided accordingly.



It is a requirement for all hotel and short term rental license for each host.

●外出時や就寝時の電気・ガス等は特にご注意下さい。

　又、危険物・火気、寝タバコやタバコのポイ捨てはご遠慮願います。（室内全面禁煙です。）



●寝具（ふとん、まくら、シーツ…等）・備品は清潔にご使用頂き、お帰りの際には必ずもとどおり収納して下さい。

　（ふとん等を著しく汚した場合、クリーニング代の実費請求させて頂くことになりますのでご注意願います。）



●外出時や就寝時の電気・ガス等は特にご注意下さい。

　又、危険物・火気、寝タバコやタバコのポイ捨てはご遠慮願います。（室内全面禁煙です。）



●島など自然の多いところでは、虫が発生することはよくありますのでご理　　解ください。

　玄関ドアや各窓の開放には充分ご注意願います。



●周辺の人々に迷惑となる行為、環境を破壊する行為はつつしんで下さい。

　（深夜に及ぶパーティーや焚き火、ゴミの廃棄…等がこれにあたります。）



●備品等の破損、建物の損壊、キーの紛失等があった場合は、

　理由のいかんを問わずご予約申込者様に損害の請求をさせて頂きますのでご了承願います。



●あらゆる事故や天災等による災害及び停電・断水等の場合、

　可能な範囲での対応はさせて頂きますがそれ以上の責任は負いかねます。

　尚、それらを理由とする料金全額あるいは一部の返還には応じられませんのでご了承願います。



●誠に申し訳ありませんが、ペットとのご宿泊はいかなる理由、事由…等がありましても固くお断りしております。

　ペットを屋内へつれこまないということであってもお断りしております。
