This modern, 2nd floor unit with lift access is perfect for those holiday makers looking for a peaceful, relaxing holiday. Situated on the edge of the stunning headland between Kings and Shelly Beaches, approximately 800m to the patrolled surf at Kings and 300m to the rocks at Shelly Beach.

Unit 8 is light and airy and spacious. The unit features all the modern conveniences such as dishwasher, ceiling fans & security screens throughout, HD Tv's in the lounge and main bedroom, and a DVD & VCR in the lounge.

The unit will comfortably sleep 6 in a King bed, double bed and 2 singles. The large main balcony features panoramic ocean views across the shipping lanes and ocean beyond. The balcony is accessed by the lounge and main bedroom, with a 2nd balcony off the 3rd bedroom.

The complex is very well maintained with landscaped surrounds and features an inground pool with a shady area to relax and watch the kids, there is a shared undercover BBQ area with table, a lift and security basement parking.

Stay once and you will be tempted return again and again.

Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Linen
Please note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $135 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
