Welcome to your enchanting oasis in Golden Beach, Caloundra! This pet-friendly 3-bedroom retreat offers a tranquil escape with spacious indoor and outdoor living areas, lush gardens, and a cosy backyard. Just a short stroll from the beach, cafes, and waterways, it’s the perfect spot for kite-surfers, paddle boarders, and families seeking calm, shallow waters. Enjoy captivating sunrises, inviting sand bars, and the vibrant local scene. A perfect coastal getaway awaits you and your furry friends!

PROPERTY DETAILS
Escape and unwind at this stunning, comfortable beach house, showcasing the best Golden Beach and Caloundra has to offer.

This 3 bedroom house has:
Bedroom 1: 1 x King Bed
Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed
Bedroom 3: 2 x King Single Beds

The property has driveway parking for two cars. There is also additional street parking if needed. More than enough parking for all of your family or group.

All access details are provided upon booking confirmation

Air-conditioning
The house has air-conditioning in the main living areas, and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms

Kitchen
The kitchen includes fridge, freezer, oven, cook top, microwave, crockery, cutlery, pots and pans. Please note there is no dishwasher.

Linen
We supply all linen, sheets, bath and beach towels, bath mats, tea towels, hand towels etc.

Consumables
We endeavour to keep the cleaning costs to the minimum fee therefore, tea, coffee, milk, 3 in 1 body wash and hair and 2 rolls of toilet paper (per toilet) are provided for a "start up" to your stay. You are required to purchase your own after that. We do not supply sugar nor laundry detergent, tissue or paper towel etc.

Laundry
The laundry has a washing machine and there is a clothes line outside, to dry your clothes with the cooling sea breezes. We do NOT provide laundry detergent.

Internet
We have free NBN internet access for you to use and enjoy. The details for this will be sent to you when you book.

The TV is set up for streaming services with your own account and also has access to all free to air channels.

We are pet friendly! Please ensure that your pets do not go on any furniture or in any of the beds. Please also ensure that any droppings are cleaned up before you leave, the same as any respectful pet owner would do.

A polite reminder that this is NOT, a party, function or event space. If you want that, we would politely suggest you book elsewhere. We value your peace and quiet, as well as those of all of our neighbours.
We are NOT A PARTY, EVENT, FUNCTION, PROPERTY. IT IS STRICTLY NO SMOKING. If you wish to use it for any of these reasons, we would ask you to book elsewhere as we do not condone or want these here. On booking, if you haven't already told us, we will ask for details of your group and information on your trip here to the coast. We do value our wonderful waterfront house and the well being of our neighbours. The property has a noise monitoring device. This high tech device does not record conversations, only the volume of sounds. Located on back verandah If we have reports of a party, event, function and / or complaints from neighbours, we will investigate and if necessary ask you to immediately vacate the premises. I cannot stress HIGHLY ENOUGH this is a high quality, luxury house for families, friends and small groups, who want a quiet peaceful time whilst they are here.

Don't just admire this wonderful property from afar, come and stay and create life long memories here. This truly is a special property.

Not as good as pictures overpriced for standard

First of all they gave us the wrong number for the lock box. But even standing at the front door the standard of the property was revealing its self to us. The out door area in the pictures looked fresh and clean. The space when we arrived was littered with garden waste and foliage . The timber seat was rotten. Once inside the smell hit us coming from the back bedroom it was a body odour smell very smelly and dark and dingy. We did not feel comfortable staying at all. So we contacted the host and said it’s not to standard described in photos or description we won’t stay here. We asked for a refund and they said without photos they won’t refund anything. We just lost 526 dollars down the drain. Not fair at all.
