Located only a stones throw from the patrolled beach, the centre of town and a wide selection of renowned restaurants, cafes and take-away eateries - you won't even need to use the car.
All resort-style amenities are on offer including lift access, secure undercover parking, free Wi-Fi, a heated pool, sauna and a shared BBQ area.
Unit 58 is located on the 10th floor giving you an almost birds eye view over the Pumicestone passage and beyond
The unit has been renovated throughout (except for the bathrooms) and the furnishings are both modern and comfortable.

Second bedroom; 2 x single beds
Linen
Bookings newly created after the 26th of September 2025 will now supply linen, however guests will still need to make the beds. If booked prior to the 26th of September 2025 guests will need to supply their own linen or hire for an additional fee. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you for an additional fee.

Prices vary according to the season and length of stay, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons.
Parking
Secure undercover parking, please note the entrance to the carpark has a 2 metre clearance.
Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
