Property Description:

Perfectly positioned on acreage and only 13 minutes from Noosa this architecturally designed masterpiece takes advantage of views from every vantage point: tropical gardens with bird-attracting shrubs and a mature eucalypt conservation forest with many rare species, a heated swim jet pool and landscaped open spaces.

The contemporary lofty-ceilinged residence featuring banks of glass louvres add an easy-breezy look, fold back the doors to furnished decks, built-in BBQ and a swim jet pool.

Generous open plan living space, fully air-conditioned as well as a Jetmaster fireplace perfect for the cooler months. The kitchen with its immense Tallowood bench and Miele appliances exudes style and space, ditto behind the 'scenes' in the butler's pantry which is nothing short of a mecca for serious entertainers.

The spacious master suite, ensuite and walk through robe at one end of the house, there are two additional bedrooms & bathroom as well as a separate self-contained bedroom/studio with ensuite.

There is a large office available as well as a double garage.

We enjoyed our stay in tranqual setting! Great storage and kitchen. Suits early risers as no blinds on the windows. Spa pool was a lovely bonus. Would highly recommend property!

We enjoyed our stay at Calanthe. We thoroughly loved our time in the pool. In fact it was the best equipped property we have stayed at. Glenn was great when we had a couple of issues and I can only thank him. The only problem was the lack of window coverings which resulted in very early mornings!!

Our luxe weekender

A superb house especially for a multi-generational stay. The separate guest studio gave our non-family guests their own space and some privacy but it was close enough that they could still be part of the group. Loved having the fireplace and watching rainbow lorikeets from the shower every morning (and didn’t even sample the hot tub as there was so much to do in the area - the location truly offers the best of all worlds. And just 15 minutes to Noosa and 20 mins to fabulous The Spirit House restaurant!). We could easily have spent a week or two here.

Beautiful relaxing stay

We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, even the dog didn't want to leave with all that yard to roam in. The house has a beautiful wide open plan, lovely & warm with central heating. Lovely peaceful setting with many places to sit in the sun, in those winter months, to listen to the birds chirping & kangaroos visiting. The spa pool was beautifully warm & relaxing. We were surprised how close & convenient it was to what we wanted. The kitchen catered to our big xmas in July lunch that we cooked for 8 people. Beautiful house that would love a return visit.

The house was excellent - it has wonderful indoor / outdoor flow - very modern, spacious and great facilities. The large spa pool was great - probably better than a swimming pool.

Stylish architectural home in a bush setting, well managed, very clean

We really enjoyed our 3 nights in this stylish property. This is a modern architectural home decorated in natural tones, fitting perfectly in its lovely Australian bush setting on approx 5 acres. There is a visually sleek rammed earth center wall, the entire house has polished wood floors, the living space is open plan with giant sliding glass doors opening to the outdoor seating & bush setting, the interior has very high ceilings, a well equipped modern kitchen (induction stove), chic modern bathrooms in stone & wood, beds have medium firm mattresses & quality linens, the lovely outdoor wooden decked areas are pleasant for enjoying the leafy setting giving the living space an indoor/outdoor feel. The house has reverse cycle air con/ heating in all rooms except bathrooms which kept the house lovely & warm on the cooler winter nights (only the bathrooms were chilly). The house is quiet, private, functional, elegant & very clean. We enjoyed our stay & look forward to returning. The management company was professional, courteous & efficient. We had forgotten to book a portable cot/crib for our 2 year old & they delivered one within 30 minutes of our arrival. I requested they wash the linens (bedding & towels) in fragrance free / hypoallergenic detergent due to my allergies & they were happy to do this. Conveniently located within 10-15 minutes of Noosa, Sunshine Beach, Sunrise Beach & Eumundi this house is perfect for retreating from any tourist business while still being very close to everything.

Perfect holiday!!!

Our holiday at Noosa in this wonderful home was something to be remembered and something to definitely be repeated! The house is amazing, pool was perfect considering we had mid to low 20’s while we were there the pool was still very enjoyable any hour of the day! Away from the busy hustle and bustle this piece of paradise had us never wanting to leave!! Thank you so much!
