Relax and listen to the sound of the surf from this contemporary four bedroom beach house surrounded by tranquil native bush on the shores of Mt Coolum beach. Fully fenced and pet friendly with direct beach access, guests can enjoy the nearby beach or retreat to the privacy of your own inground swimming pool and beautiful tropical gardens. Catering for families or groups of friends, there are two outdoor spaces for alfresco meals to make the most of the beautiful Sunshine Coast climate and providing perfect indoor/outdoor flow.

Indoors, guests can spread out in the open plan living and dining space, relax with a book or in front of the TV in the lounge area overlooking the sparkling pool. Mealtimes are easy with a beautiful entertainers kitchen complete with waterfall stone benchtops, stainless steel appliances, microwave, oven, cooktop, dishwasher, fridge/freezer coffee machine and breakfast bar.

On the ground level there is a queen bedroom with built in wardrobe and ceiling fans, while upstairs the master suite features a queen bed, built in wardrobe, ensuite, air conditioning and ceiling fans. There are also two additional bedrooms on the upper level, one with two single beds and the other with a queen and both offering wardrobes, ceiling fans and air conditioning. With complete bathrooms on both levels, the upstairs bathroom including a bath as well as shower, there is no need to be queuing for showers each morning or evening!

Additional features of this fabulous vacation home include secure off street parking with a double lock up garage, a full laundry with washing machine and dryer and complimentary Wifi during your stay. All this and just a gentle stroll through the reserve to the beach, a short walk to the local caf for an early morning coffee or a hike up nearby Mt Coolum. Absolute paradise at your fingertips!

Great location but worn property which needs a lot of TLC

This property has its own gate access to the path the beach and the kitchen is generously stoked with utensils. The cleanliness of the property was the downfall. The pool did not look enticing as it was covered with leaves, leaves and slime looking stuff on the bottom of the pool as well as bugs in the pool. The main bedroom and ensuit had mould in the top of the bathroom windows and mildew on the curtains in the main bedroom. The property just looked a bit worse for wear and it’s disappointing with the amount of money we paid.

Lovely spot! Very quiet and the walk to the beach was lovely!

The house itself was lovely! Unfortunately there was dog poo on the pavers near the pool which wasn’t nice as we had young children there! Apart from that it was lovely! Loved the fact that there was glad wrap and foil and cleaning products! Finally!!!

Beach Bliss

Thoroughly enjoyed our short stay at this lovely property. The location was perfect, close to the beach and local shops (within walking distance). Extremely private and peaceful, waking up and going to bed with the sound of the ocean was divine! The house was spacious, with plenty of room for everyone and also areas of privacy for individuals. Guests well catered for and it was convenient being able to bring our dogs along to share in the beach stay. Perfect weather to walk and swim at the beach and very dog friendly surroundings. We felt very relaxed and welcome and appreciated the comfy beds, luxury bathrooms and all mod cons provided (Netflix, stereo, airconditioning etc,). Would be great to have a couple of bikes to discover the surrounding neighborhood. Only wished we could have stayed longer, as we didn't want to leave! Would highly recommend and definitely want to come back and stay in the future!! Thank you Gillian for sharing your lovely home with us, we appreciated it very much!!
