Situated within the 2,600-acre Sea Trail Resort complex, this Sunset Beach gem boasts optional access to a fabulous suite of amenities at the Activity Center and tee-time opportunities for a collection of world-class golf courses on-site. This renowned golf community boasts three championship courses offering 54 holes of golf, plus a clubhouse and practice facilities. In addition to an on-site dining option, the complex is within walking distance of several local restaurants, groceries, and convenience stores. The beach and Sunset Beach Fishing Pier are just over a mile across the Intracoastal. Rated the '4th Best Beach in the World' by National Geographic, the pristine shores of Sunset Beach are sure to offer endless hours of sun-soaked bliss during your stay. Just a short stroll from the condo, the Village Activity Center provides both daily and weekly rates, with amenities including an indoor heated pool, indoor hot tub, an outdoor pool and kiddie pool area with a tropical bar, and a game room featuring a pool table, Ping-Pong, and shuffleboard.

Inside, you will find light and airy décor with vaulted ceilings and plenty of natural light. The open floor plan allows everyone to spread out yet be gathered simultaneously. With plenty of seating and a fully equipped kitchen, meals and snacks will be a breeze. Each bedroom offers a ceiling fan for your comfort and comfortable beds to sink into for a night of recharging. You'll love the enclosed porch for your morning coffee or evening cocktail.

The Sea Trail Village Activity Center (VAC), which includes indoor and outdoor pools, a meeting space, a tropical bar, and a restaurant, is closed until further notice for renovations.

Great location for a quiet getaway. Close enough to everything. The activity center was closed due to renovations when we were there. (Didn't know that until after we booked) Very spacious.

We had a wonderful stay with family. House was clean, location was excellent. There were a couple of electrical issues. The socket didn't work in the bathroom in the lock out unit and the oven wouldn't stay on.
