Ground floor 2 Bedroom condo at Sandpiper Bay Golf Club in Beautiful Sunset Beach. Master bedroom has 1 Queen & 1 Twin with an ensuite bathroom and bedroom 2 has 2 Twin size beds. Flat-screen television in the living room and master bedroom. Streaming Channels Only. Free Wifi included. Unit offers full size washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen.

Indoor & Outdoor Pool amenity is at the Village Activity Center in Sea Trail Villas Resort just 5 minutes away.

Sandpiper Bay is located within a 5-minute drive to Sunset Beach. Located on the golf course at Sandpiper Bay and easy access to numerous other courses. Enjoy a short drive to Calabash, NC the Seafood Capital of the World and try some of the best seafood around.

When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals.
All guests must sign an Affordable Large Properties rental agreement and also submit a copy of their Drivers License to Affordable Large Properties. Also, the renter must be 25 years of age or older. Affordable Large Properties will cancel the reservation if you are under the age of 25 and or a local.


All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

Cancel 60+ days before arrival: Deposit is refundable minus cancellation fees

Cancel less than 60 days: No refund unless re-rented; cancellation fees still apply

Cancel less than 30 days: No refunds

Acceptable, but a bit disappointing for families

We were excited for our stay in this unit as the online specs made it look perfect for a family traveling. While the layout of the unit worked fine and the first floor location was nice, the unit was not as nice or clean as pictured in the listing. The fan on the patio did not work which was rough for hot summer days/evenings. The linens were scratchy and the 2 neighborhood pools (right across the parking lot) were apparently not accessible for this unit. Instead a family is expected to load up in their vehicle and drive to another neighborhood entirely to access the pool (not how the unit is portrayed online). We called customer service twice about this issue and were told that if the key cards in the unit did not work for the pools, we were not allowed to access them. There was one key card in our unit, but it did not open either pool. When we questioned management about this, they said they were sorry but there was nothing they could do. Needless to say, it was very disappointing for our family and we would not stay here again.

Great condo but had some issues

The condo itself is beautiful and the location. However, we had some issues with our stay, starting from the first day we arrived. The condo smelled like marijuana (something housekeeping should have addressed prior to our arrival). Once we got settled, the tub in the master bathroom did not drain properly so we ended up not using it. Later that evening the Internet stopped working. We notified the staff and they did send maintenance out (who couldn’t resolve the issues) and stated someone would contact us but nobody did! We also tried to access the pool and the key card would not work (nothing was done on that matter). Very disappointed in our stay.
