Lakeside Luxury at the Brand-New "Bald Eagle House"

Welcome to Porta Cima! Located at 1200 Las Campanas, right on the 15-mile marker and Golf Course Cove at the Lake of the Ozarks, this brand-new home completed in Mid July of 2025 is ready to host your family and friends for an unforgettable getaway.

Home Features
-Five luxurious ensuites with king beds, private showers, and baths-wake up to stunning lake views from your private balcony.
-Seven full baths so everyone has their own space and privacy.
-Fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for relaxing nights and entertaining.
-Commercial ice bin to fill your coolers before heading outside.
-Security cameras (outdoor only)-watch the kids at the pool or dock on a 65-inch TV in the great room and kitchen. (No cameras inside the home.)


Additional Sleeping Areas:
- One bunk room with four queen beds (top bunks have 200 Ib weight limit.)
-Theater room with 3 pull-out single beds. In one of the closets of a master king suite is a full size bunk bed with sleeping up to 4.
-One pool bath with a shower.
-One additional full bath near the bunk room.
-Half-bath near the bourbon bar on the lower floor.
This spacious home comfortably sleeps 17 adults and 4 children (Upper bunks) across the two lower levels. The top floor is private and will not be occupied during your stay.

Outdoor Amenities
-Private swimming pool with an auto-cover for safety.
-Outdoor full kitchen for grilling and dining.
-Swim-up pool bar for the ultimate lakeside experience.
-Brand new boat dock (installed July 10) with three slips, a swimming mat, and a great spot for finishing. There is enough dock space for 3 boats currently. The dock is located off the main channel, ensuring calm waters for easy docking and protecting your boat from rough waves. Don't forget your fishing poles!
-Screened-in lounge area with four flat-screen TVs-relax in the shade and catch your favorite game.
- There is a Karaoke machine on the Bourbon bar to practice for your next opportunity on the Voice. HAHA

This was an amazing vacation home for our multigenerational family! Can't say enough about it! It was clear to us that the owner had purposefully designed the many spaces for creating lasting family memories (to include plenty of space to make sure they're all happy memories ;). The endless amenities list speaks for itself (but maybe doesn't mention the bonus bunk beds located inside the closet of the primary bedroom which those parents and kids absolutely LOVED). But all that doesn't quite capture the intangibles of vacation vibes throughout. The host was absolutely stellar... things come up when you've got a big home with lots of features and lots of guests using them. My uncle needed help figuring out where to park a boat trailer, my sister-in-law left some stuff behind that needed shipping, and we sent the pizza delivery guy to the wrong place! All handled with ease and grace and quick communication. Our group has stayed in dozens of estate properties across the country... this was one of the best.

We really enjlued the smooth checkin process, and the kitchen was well equiped for a large group of people! The screened in porch waa not fully enclosed yet. There are beautiful views of the lake, and with a high dive into the lake. This stay was an awesome experience!

We stayed for 6 days in early August and everything about the property was great! The amenities, location, house, pool, dock…were top notch. Our family has been going to the Ozarks for over 10 years and this was the best property we have stayed at. We have a larger group with all different ages and there was something for everybody! Will definitely be back!
