"Beautiful property, very clean, comfortable bed.
Our only issue was we found the morning front desk agent to be unhelpful and abrasive, perhaps she isnt a morning person. (?)
The evening agent (checkin) was not knowledgeable of the history of the inn, (crucial in a 200 year old home) when asked he just shrugged and pointed to a poster on the wall and left the room. He also knew nothing of our Expedia VIP booking, and again shrugged so any VIP perks were nil.

"This property was budget friendly and easy to get to. There is nothing around it for restaurants without a drive.
The paint was cracking on the walls and property could use an upgrade. Continental breakfast was good - toast, english muffins, yogurt, eggs (hardboiled but frozen) and waffles. The drink machine froze up and wasn't always working. The ice machine was in another room that we found (not told about), only because we saw it. "Pangea House is lovely and very centrally located. The owners are very welcoming and the house is decorated beautifully yet is very comfortable. Our room was great and the breakfast was exceptional. As to be expected, the floors creak, the doors let lots of light under them etc. Breakfasts were interesting and the savoury options were very tasty.
