    This 2-bedroom/2-bathroom condo is located on the 2nd floor of the building in Elkhorn and will sleep up to 4 guests. All on one level, the living room has a 45-inch flat-screen TV with streaming only. There is a small deck off the living area with great mountain views. The fully stocked kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a dining table with seats for 4. There is a wood-burning fireplace available, but firewood is not provided.

    The first bedroom has a Queen bed, a ceiling fan, and an ensuite bath with a single sink vanity and a shower. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and access to a full-size hallway bath with a single sink vanity and a shower/tub combo. There are hardwood floors throughout, except in the bedrooms, and the condo is close to the pool, hot tub, and laundry room in the complex.

    Complex Features: You’ll love the surroundings and amenities in the complex. The Bluff complex is located on a bluff in upper Elkhorn, with Beautiful mountain views. Access to a summer pool with beautiful mountain views, a year-round hot tub, and a sauna is on-site, just steps away.

    The area offers a free bus shuttle that picks up just down the hill from the complex, which will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, Sun Valley Resort, and Elkhorn Resort. You will have access to hiking trails and outdoor adventures, world-class golf courses, year-round outdoor ice skating, browse the shops and galleries, wine and dine in amazing restaurants, and enjoy the small-town charm of Sun Valley and Ketchum.

    Please note: No pets allowed. This unit is professionally managed, and all check-ins are at the Alpine Lodging Office, conveniently located on South Main Street in Ketchum. Self-check-in is not available at the property. We strive to make check-in as quick and easy as possible so you can start enjoying your vacation! Reservations are unit-specific. We do everything possible to keep your reservation in the same property you’ve reserved. If the property has a maintenance emergency, we will contact you with the option to move your reservation to a property of equal or greater value, at no additional cost.

There was a porch light that was BLARING in both of the 2 bedrooms that we were unable to turn off. We could NOT even unscrew the bulb because there was a permanent screen covering the light. The window coverings were wood shutters and the light came through as if it were broad day light!! It was nearly impossible for us to sleep!! We called about it and they said it was an issue for maintenance. We put blankets up on the windows and that helped. Also, for the management company to ask renters to return the keys to their office on Main Street is absurd. It is not in the same direction of the Haily airport. there should be a closer drop box.

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love staying at The Bluffs and the view from this condo is exceptional; however, there were multiple maintenance issues during our stay and we would not stay at this unit again. There were mice (!), a broken toilet which required repair, and a broken bedroom portable A/C unit which required repair. The unit gets incredibly hot during the summer and despite fans, the living room was very uncomfortable during the day and airing it out at night was not an option due to the wildfire smoke and air quality. It seems like the management company is not adequately maintaining the condos prior to renting them out, unfortunately.
