  • Come stay at The Cubbage House, this historic district well preserved jewel 💎 from 1912. Precious architecture from the turn of the 20th century.

    Next door to the County History Museum and behind Prisma Hospital. Walking distance to all main attractions downtown offers. My favorite are Sidebar, The Brewery and Hamptons. Local Baker's Sweets for coffee!

    The neighborhood is safe, peaceful and quiet. The room has a private entrance, private bathroom and parking space.

Sumter Apartment

Great stay, easy check in process, just blocks from Main Street. Very friendly host! Would definitely stay again next time in the area.

My wife and I loved it

Wedding weekend and this place was friendly sweet and just a great experience. We’d 100% stay there again :)

The room was not clean and rather dilapidated I realize it's an older property however it was poorly maintained and not clean. The room was saturated with some kind of fabric spray or air freshener, especially the bedding, with this horrific and overpowering fake clean scent. Making a room smell "clean" doesn't actually make it clean! There was a rather crude particle board repair over a window on the door and there were bright lights from the porch beaming in the other non broken window on the door which directly cast at the headboard and pillow area on the bed. The first night I stayed there I had to hang a towel over the edge of the door to try and block the bright lighting. The next day I ask the property owner too please turn off those bright lights as it made falling asleep very difficult, she did honor my request. The bathroom window wouldn't close completely letting bugs infiltrate the room, the sink and shelf above the sink were detached and falling away from the wall, I was afraid the pedestal sink was going to fall over any minute and I couldn't place anything on the glass shelf as it was barely attached to the wall and items would slide right off into the sink. It was so bad I moved to another hotel the last two nights. I didn't bother to ask for a refund I just got the heck out of there!

Very Clean, Convenient, Comfortable

Great room with everything necessary for a great stay. Property manager was extremely helpful and personable.

Sumter stay

Great location, clean room and the vibe was awesome. Enjoyed walking thru the historic district taking in the beautiful old homes. The park with the water fountain reminded me of Savannah.

Wonderful

I truly enjoyed my stay at this amazing house. The neighborhood and all the charms in this community! I would stay again. And I plan on telling everyone about it!
