  • Esta lujosa casa con vista al Océano Atlántico es parte de Sunrise Beach Resort, una comunidad cerrada exclusiva construida en 2007 con solo otras 10 casas. (También rento las unidades 109 y 107 en homeaway 4441696 y 3020462 (342851 en VRBO) en caso de que necesite más de una casa. Estamos justo en la orilla del agua hacia el suroeste. Relájese en su hamaca privada o disfrute del hermoso paisaje tropical y la fresca brisa en uno de los dos balcones, muelles o junto a la piscina, donde podrá tomar el sol desde la casa. Desde el balcón se pueden ver impresionantes vistas al suroeste del océano azul verdoso y las puestas de sol.

    Su bote, de hasta 24 pies, puede mantenerse en el muelle durante toda su estadía en las aguas tranquilas directamente detrás de la casa. Looe Key y American Shoal Reef se pueden ver desde la casa donde encontrará los arrecifes de buceo y esnórquel más bellos de los cayos, junto con la excelente pesca. Pesque o haga kayak justo al final del muelle o puede aventurarse a experimentar la historia y la acción en Key West, ubicado a solo 17 millas de distancia. En el área inmediata encontrará varios restaurantes muy buenos, un gimnasio / centro de bienestar y el puerto deportivo de Cudjoe Garden, un puerto deportivo de servicio completo que ofrece alquiler de botes. The host was very responsive and helpful with all our questions. The location was perfect and the view from our deck couldn’t have been better. The complex was clean and very nice. We had everything we needed for our stay. Would absolutely stay here again!

What an AMAZING stay! We, as a family, enjoyed every part of our vacation home. From the view (incredible), location, cleanliness, security, accommodations, check in and out- this place had it ALL!! Will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Check in was a breeze, John was proactive when we arrived to make sure everything was just right. Both bedrooms are ocean view as well as the main floor. We enjoyed the kayaks and watching sunsets from the dock. This is a very well maintained property and resort, its a gem. We look forward to visiting again.

Great accommodations

Loved the place. Ideal decorations made us feel comfy and cozy. We were treated as if it was our own home. I highly recommend this place.

We stayed at this house for a short spring break family getaway. We loved having access to paddle boarding and kayaking right in the backyard! The pool was clean and we had a great time

This is a Great Florida Keys Getaway

This property is the perfect place for fun and relaxation. It's close enough to Key West to enjoy everything it has to offer, but far away enough to enjoy quiet and relaxation. All amenities are supplied, just bring your fun and enjoyment!

Keys Visit

Stayed here to get away from the cold up north with some friends from KC. Great locations, views and amenities. Went into Key West a couple of times for shopping and lunch, very close and easy drive. This property has everything you need to unplug for a little bit and we enjoyed it very much.

excellent place

we were very impressed and satisfied with the place and our stay. The house was well-decorated, clean and had an excellent view of the water (even saw a small shark in the water right behind the house). We would recommend this place to others without hesitation.

Perfect

This property was perfect for 2 couples of empty nesters. The condo was the best one on the property in my opinion due to the awesome views from the place. It’s also close to some great restaurants in the area. I would definitely recommend to others.

Our first FL Keys Trip

What a great stay. The drive down US 1 from MIA is just beautiful. John's property was great and exactly as described. We particularly enjoyed using the kayaks and paddling across beautiful Cudjoe Key. We also enjoyed the peace and quiet.

Fantastic stay in Cudjoe Key

We absolutely loved this house. It checked all of our boxes related to size, layout, location, view and amenities. The property owner was very responsive throughout the rental process. If/when we return to the Keys we will definitely plan to stay here again.

Our Trip to the Keys

The pictures were accurate. Beautiful property, clean and quite. It was refreshing to get away from the hustle and bustle of Key West and enjoy the beauty and quite in this peaceful resort in the evenings.

A Little Piece of Paradise!

Beautiful property, exactly as pictured and described. Everything you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Very clean and quiet with fantastic views of the water. Great location for short day trips to Key West and Bahia Honda State Park. John was very responsive to all our questions and comments. Hope we have the opportunity to return, would definitely stay again!

Cudjoe Holiday

Fantastic quiet holiday for two couples with two master suites with king size beds, gorgeous views from all balconies, thoughtful beach decor, and stunning sunsets! We LOVED this perfect spot (only 25 minutes from Key West attractions) and would definitely stay again as John was SO easy to work with. FIVE STAR STAY! 😃❤️☀️

Perfect get away

Perfect place for a mid-winter get away. Condo is beautiful, comfortable and has a fully furnished kitchen. Gorgeous view of the sunset from both balconies which overlook the ocean, docks, beach and pool. Close to Key West and other key attractions. Additional amenities like paddleboards, kayaks and bicycles are perfect for down time.
