    Stay in the amazing Keys and beautiful waterfront home with boat basin and ramp for your boat. The property lot is almost an acre with another rental home and still very spacious (search for Anchor House to reserve both homes if available). Stunning panoramic water views, sunrise and sunset. Steps away from ocean water. Bring or rent fishing and snorkel gear nearby to fish right off the point and enjoy the underwater scenery!

Excellent location…Many Memories Made

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The house was a perfect fit for our family. Little Torch Key was quiet and a perfect spot between Key West and several other state parks we visited on the way down.

Wow!!! Outstanding stay

The owners supplied everything that we needed for our stay from towels to beach chairs. The house was well equipped. We felt very welcomed. Perfect location for your stay in the Keys. Kiki’s sandbar down the street is a must!

Amazing!

The sunrises were breathtaking, everything in the home was brand new. The home was well stocked and the hosts were very accommodating. I look forward to our next visit.

Easy get-away

Very nice property with space for the kids to run around outside, and a roomy open interior in the house. Everything was in perfect condition and came supplied with a generous amount of towels! There were even beach chairs! I loved the easy-going pet policy and simple check-in. Everything about this property was easy!

Excellent Long Weekend getawayG

Cozy Cove Haven House was an excellent place to celebrate my Wife’s birthday. This property was clean and supported our family of five just fine. Communication with the host prior to and during our stay was very easy, we brought our own inflatable paddle boards which were simple to launch right from the floating dock, there is a perfect view of the sunrise right from the point of the property, Kiki’s restaurant is within walking distance and had great food selections. Overall we were very pleased with our stay and would absolutely choose this property again.

Great Stay!

This place was great. It was clean. Well stocked. Location was 30 minutes of Key West or Marathon. It was nice to be able to walk up to the waterfront. Plenty of space in the house, only draw back is the one bathroom. But we made do with 5 adults. Also pet friendly. We’d come back to this house.

wedding rental for relatives

Great place to stay with incredible boat facilities with your own ramp. Dockage was easy to get in and out. Only downfall is the building we stayed in only has one bathroom. Would not recommend for more than 4 people. 6 was too many.

Totally Great!

My husband and I loved our stay at Haven House! The house itself was very modern inside and very comfortable. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and all the furniture from couches to beds were super comfy! The owner and the manager were super friendly and helpful. We snorkeled and swam in the "boat basin" and saw lots of life under water. It was really convenient to be able to keep our kayaks on the dock and launch from the ramp to kayak out in the big channel and into all the smaller channels .We spent peaceful time in the AM and at sunset taking in the view out on the point! It was especially wonderful to be able to have our puppy there with us! We ate every dinner down at Kiki's Bar and Grill - great food, super friendly folks and you can bring your dog! We will definitely be back!!

We stayed 5 nights and the house was stocked very well with paper towels, soap, laundry supplies and towels! The kitchen was nicely stocked with dishes, pans and utensils too. My kids liked that we had access to the kayak and beach chairs. For some reason I did think this was the house sitting right by the dock/water/boat ramp. But I was mistaken, so that was a little bit of a bummer. We had to walk by the other family staying in the other house to get to the peninsula and the dock. So just a little less privacy than I thought. The manager suggested places to eat and see- that was helpful:) We got to see a family of manatees one morning right in the boat basin! My kids caught a bunch of barracuda and crabs- and we swear we heard a whale one night we were night fishing. So many lizards!When swimming at Bahia State park we got to see 3 sting ray too! It was a very exciting new place to visit and the house being as nice as it was made our trip good enough that we want to come back! And we drove 21 hours to get there!! Must sees! Hourse shoe beach,(bring water shoes)!Key West /ft. Zachary Taylor, Bahia State park. Sombraro beach was not our favorite but it was nice to see too. But I have to add my kids wanted to stay at the house a lot more than going to see other places because "it has everything we want"

It only was this one of my new favorite spots in the Keys (just south of Marathon about 20 minutes from Marathon and 30 from Key West) but it’s close to Bahia Honda and easy access to the ocean from the on site ramp! Walkable to Kiki’s beach bar, and the pier and snorkeling in our own cove was decent too! This little place (and all of the cozy coves) has it all. THEN, when we met Walt, it eleven got better. He went over and above to help us get comfortable and even had great recommendations for things to do. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.
