"We had a great stay at this villa which is perfectly located, very close to the beautiful beaches (one is only 200 m away, just at the bottom of the street, and the next just 600 m), but also not far from the town centres of Ciboure/Socoa and St-Jean-de-Luz with bakeries, shops and restaurants (all in walking distance). The view from the large terrace is wonderful! We really enjoyed it."

"We rented the house for 12 grownups.Downstairs it was allright for 8 people with 2 bathrooms.Although they are very small. But upstairs there was an other "bathroom"wich good not be used, so the 4 people who slept there had to use the downstair showers.There was also a gutter smell in the rooms. For the price ofthis house we payed, this is far to high. "We absolutely loved our stay here! Property manager was able to accommodate an early check in for us. Went thru a thorough check in showing us everything, even with a bit of a language barrier (thank goodness for Google translate) Sandrine is absolutely wonderful and super responsive! The house is beautiful, in a great location to really get anywhere you need to in Basque Country"

"Bon accueil avec une personne facile à contacter en cas de problèmes et très conciliante ! La maison est très bien située, avec un jardin idéal en cas de beau temps. Seul bémol, elle est dans son jus, peu aérée (très froide en arrivant, problème de chauffages et chaudières réparés rapidement par le gestionnaire, moisissures dans les salles d’eau..) et la propreté n’est pas au top."
