On this specific date my family and I encountered what I can only describe as a horrific , unpleasant traumatizing experience , my son had an emergency which led us to have to step out of the hotel room early morning at 10:58 am to buy a change of clothing for my nephew leading us to be late to our check out by an hour and a half , we are fully aware and understand the rules and guidelines and have always been compliant except on today’s occasion. Upon our arrival back into the hotel guest service lobby , my sister went to check out of the room fully understanding there might be some sort of fee for the additional hour and a half. She was greeted by Robyn who explained to me that check out is at 11:am and my sister acknowledged and even asked if there was a fee for staying extra in which she did not respond and instead the house keeping manager Terri along with another house keeper Katryna approached the front desk scolding my sister and yelling and calling her out of her name , also yelling “did you know check out was at 11:00am” “not allowing me to explain out situation , the yelling proceeded to go on for about 15 minutes , this situation was not only very unpleasant it was very traumatizing , we felt like we were being attacked.this situation took such a toll it also led another guest in the hotel to insert herself in the situation causing even more disturbance and intensifying the argument. In our 3 years of experience staying at this hotel we have never encountered.
