WHAT TO EXPECT
Arrival and Departure -Check-in is at 4 PM and Check-out is at 11 AM. -Early check-ins and Late check-outs are subject to availability. -A Digital Guidebook is provided before arrival. -Lock codes are provided 1-hour before check-in subject to signing the Rental Agreement. -All interactions are virtual, but our office team and ground crew are available for assistance.
Occupancy and Pets -The total number of guests at the property must not exceed the number listed in the booking. The guest count should reflect the correct number of adults (12+), children (2+), and pets. A nightly extra guest fee may apply for guests above the standard occupancy up to the maximum number of allowable guests. -Dogs are allowed (maximum of 5 dogs); any other types of animals require approval. All pets except for Service Animals are subject to a Pet Fee per pet. -Respectful Noise Levels: Let's keep the peace! While the house is quite secluded, noise carries. Keep the volume down so all can enjoy their time here. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am.
Amenities -Your unit will be stocked with a starter set of consumables including toilet paper, paper towels, a sponge, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, coffee filters, etc. Additional supplies should be provided by the guest. -The home is equipped with Roku TVs, giving access to almost endless options of streaming apps. Guests can use their account, or watch Hulu +Live using the owners' account. -There is no AC; fans are provided. -There is an electric fireplace in the main living room for ambiance. -This unit has a propane grill and propane is provided. -This unit has a fire pit. Firewood is not provided but can be purchased on our website and conveniently delivered to your rental or purchased from other local vendors. Impress your family and friends with breakfast bundles, charcuterie boards, and other local products, also available for delivery! -No Unauthorized Fires: State and Local Laws regulate the use of fire pits, grills, other open flames, and fireworks. Only use provided grills and fireplaces; permits are required to use fire pits in NH.
Driving Access, Parking and Entryway -Remember this area is home to many residents and children. Please follow posted speed limits and drive carefully for the safety of our community. -Parking of 3 CARS limitation. -Each property has parking limits based on capacity and/or potential rules of the Homeowner's Association. Guests must abide by these limitations to protect the physical property and the space of neighbors. Additional vehicles must be parked in specified overflow parking areas. Trailers or RVs may not be parked at any property without permission. Excess vehicles may be towed. -Access from parking to the front door requires climbing 5 stairs.
Trash and Recycling Bagged trash and recycling will be disposed of upon your departure.
Disclosures -All Wheel Drive or 4-wheel-drive vehicles may be required to access this home in certain weather conditions. -A signed rental agreement is required for all reservations. -Rural homes may encounter pests like bears, mice, lady beetles, and wasps. To minimize this, we ask that trash not be left outside. We actively manage these situations while prioritizing environmentally friendly methods and limiting the use of chemicals. -Cancellation policies are followed to ensure fairness to all guests and owners. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance as exceptions cannot be made.

The driveway wasn't well cleared for cars that aren't 4x4. So 2 cars had to park outside the property along the road. Beyond that, marvelous place. 5 Stars

We came for a quiet Thanksgiving weekend away from the city and that’s exactly what we got. The house is just as described and had everything we wanted. It’s close to Littleton, so groceries, restaurants, bookstore were all easy to get to.
We came in during a snowstorm, and getting up the road was do-able, but our vehicle wouldn’t make it up the driveway, so we parked at the bottom and walked up. If not suggested anywhere else, we recommend all-wheel/4wheel drive if there’s any snow. But that didn’t stop us and the house is set up with sand and salt for clearing off the front steps, so that’s nice.
This house has a lot of space - we never even used the lowest floor - and was very comfortable. We would love to come back in any season, but winter was beautiful.

Very exquisite log cabin; seems in the middle of the woods, yet close to everything! spectacular amenities Unmatched, and our hosts were very communicative; plenty of beds for family. Three levels of room to Rome, will be back for sure!

Our stay was awesome.very nice cabin. Plenty of room and very clean. So quiet n peaceful. Only issue is that I think they need a new grill or a very good cleaning.
