"Very close to some points of Fiji Mountains. Hotel offers water and breakfast which is convenient. The staff can do nothing to support travelers because they got everything automatically available so they do need to talk to us. They were not bother even to look at us in eyes. Very unpleasant. Before we leave the hotel, after checking out, want to use the bathroom, yet, it was dark, no lights!!!!! When ask to turn on the lights, the answer is it will take one hour. So strange!!!!!!!"

"The room was so clean and exciting to try Japanese traditional room (dinner, bed, private family bath). Staff were so friendly. It was walking distance to skytree and pick up bus station at Fuji-Q. hotel's main road clearly can see mount Fuji and take some nice photos and on top on brown bridge also. "

"基本的には富士山も見れて気持ち良く過ごせました！ ただ私はなるべく乾燥させたくないので暖房をつけず、寒すぎてほぼ眠れなかったです。 家ではぽかぽかの格好にしてるので、足首など出て布団一枚だと自分の体温が全く上がらずでした。 最終的に夫を起こして、同じ布団に入ってもらい、夫の布団もかけて２枚にして3時間弱位寝ました笑 他は朝食もたっぷり頂き、快適に過ごせました！ ありがとうございます！"

"We stayed in the Annex two buildings down, not in the hotel. We had a group of 4 so wanted a larger space for everyone. There were two beds and two futons, plus a couch. Both the beds and futons were extremely hard and none of slept at all. We were also woken up at 8am by construction on the building which we were not notified in advance of. Not always have a five star experience, but this will now be the benchmark. As a car enthusiast coming from the UK and having a road trip from Tokyo to Osaka. This is fantastic for my mid stop stay.
