I didn’t have hot water my entire stay and I told the staff multiple times and never assisted with the issue. I had to use cold water.

Kitchenette poorly stocked and the stove wouldn’t start. The pool was either closed for special events or had music at all hours so loud that it was uncomfortable to be there and my kids couldn’t even stand it and had to leave.
