"Such a beautiful location! The views are lovely, and the place was clean, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. The only recommendation we would have is to add curtains in the lounge area to block out the strong afternoon sun. We tried to enjoy a family movie with the kids in the afternoon, but unfortunately the sun was so bright that we couldn’t see the screen at all. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and thought the place was lovely!"

"It was clean and tidy. Beds are very comfortable."

"The owners are really nice. So helpful with everything. If you need a ground level room book that in advance."

"Close to everything"

"Room nice nice view A lot of stairs no good for older people Only kitchen things are coffee making in small cupboard no microwave"

"Grear location, excellent facilities, playground and rude-ins for the kids, friendly atmosphere"

"Everything was perfect and the staff was great even giving us extra milk and a toaster for our room and we had daily cleaning as an option but the wifi did not reach our room so we had no wifi and on my behalf I did not ask for a solution but it was only at night that we came back to the hotel and the office was closed so didnt wsnt to bother but I didn’t know how to help that issue"

"Just perfect in every way, would definitely recommend . Thank you for the great services"

"Such a lovely place to stay. The hosts are super friendly and helpful. The room and amenities are in excellent condition. The room was exceptionally clean. The bed was warm and comfortable with the most amazing pillows. The room is very quiet and we hand a sound sleep. We will absolutely stay again."

"Excellent value for money. Spacious, clean, well set up. Would highly recommend."

"The hotel location is fine, but anywhere in Christchurch city will be close to everything there. I stayed in a 'club room' which was very ordinary and in need of some improvement. Worst of all was the club lounge - terrible location and atmosphere, and a complete waste of money unless you're there only for the free evening drinks. The evening canapes were so ordinary and almost exactly the same every evening. The club floor breakfast was ridiculous - cereal, dried fruit, salami, cold ham and...

"Dated but comfy,excellent location"

"The service was incredible, we arrived late and he stayed up for us to show us to our room, help carry our bags etc. Would stay again simply for the service."

"Great staff and place to stay"
