Potentially perfect

We enjoyed the location and property but were somewhat disappointed with the non stocked amenities. There were plenty of towels blankets etc but no garbage bags. Had to use kitchen can and refused to empty it as requested because it was cumbersome and yucky. Tv in master didn’t work-some what disappointing . No soap filled into containers-little things that mean alot

Decent but could be better

There were some things we walked into that started the stay off poorly. Entrance ways were not cleaned, windows could be cleaner, Coffee grinds in pot, dust on floor in one bedroom closet, stained couch, no drawers in small bedroom for our clothes, damp towels in linen closet, and hallway closet unorganized… we contacted our host Brian Dang and he apologized and refunded us 100 for our trouble stating he would go over this with his cleaning crew…other than walking into that, our stay was pleasant. Great location to everything, pool was wonderful, place was quiet, people friendly enough. If all the above is addressed, I would recommend staying at this unit.

Excellent in every way!

We stayed for work and tye place was perfect. Each bedroom has its own bathroom and there is still a half bath on the first floor. It is a just built neighborhood. Very nice pool and surrounding areas. Just perfect for our working needs.
