Sandman’s Haven is a private, two-story waterfront estate nestled at the quiet end of a cul-de-sac in an exclusive single-family residential community. Just minutes by boat to reach the Atlantic Ocean via the nearby Stuart Inlet, this home offers immediate access to world-class fishing, boating, and aquatic exploration.

Perched on the edge of the Intracoastal Waterway, this home commands breathtaking wide-water views extending to untouched spoil islands teeming with native birds, wildlife, and sandy shallows ideal for paddleboarding, kayaking, or just splashing around. A semi-private dock is yours to enjoy - perfect for launching adventures or docking your own boat. Property has a boat lift with a capacity of 20,000 pounds. For landlubbers, the private waterfront pool (not heated) and sun deck offer the perfect vantage point for lazy afternoons, sunset cocktails, and tropical tranquility.

Inside, the residence is as spacious as it is inviting. With five well-appointed bedrooms - two on the first floor and three more upstairs - there’s plenty of room for family, friends, or multi-generational getaways.
