Great one bedroom apartment within walking distance to downtown.

Oh so close to a ten.Check in was two hours away and we had received no information on entry to apartment. I sent a note to the host and in about a half hour received access information.The bedroom has an exterior door to a balcony facing south with glass windows in the door. The windows do not have blinds or shades and neighboring buildings’ holiday lights and garage lights lit up the room like daylight. We went to Target and came up with a temporary solution to remedy this problem.We were staying three weeks and were provided two bath towels, one hand towel and one kitchen towel. We asked for more and were provided some in short order.An annoyance was there was no dresser or shelving for clothes, which we missed in the pictures, and didn’t want to live out of suitcases for three weeks, so back to Target for collapsible shelves.Other than the minor complaints, the apartment was great, very clean, kitchen was well stocked for eating and cooking. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower. WiFi worked well. Parking was in a garage. Living quarters were on second story, so daily coming and going was as up stairs. Charming and quiet neighborhood. Easy walking distance to restaurants and downtown. The property manager was very responsive to any of our requests. We enjoyed our stay.

Exactly as advertised!

Very nicely appointed place that had everything we needed for a short weekend stay. Quiet area and nice to have your own attached garage for parking. We would stay here again.

Great location

Property is very nice, modern and in a great location. Had to reach out on afternoon of check in to request access as it wasnt provided. When we arrived at the property, it had not been cleaned from previous guests which was disappointing after 10 hours in the car. When contacted, the host she arranged for cleaner to come out that night. The host apologized and offered "to provide a refund for the first night stay." We were given three towels, one hand towel and one wash cloth for two people for a two night stay. When we returned home, noting no refund was processed, we reached out to host requesting the refund as she promised. Heard nothing back im 24 hours so we reached out next day and host responded with a refund of $32.00. She refused to honor her word. We will not be staying at this property in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay. Jasmine was always quick to answer. We were able to walk the waterfront at least twice a day into downtown Stuart and back again. It never got old!!!The only wish we have would have been that sitting down at night we would loved to have cable to be able to watch our tv shows in real time! Otherwise good!

Stuart Getaway

The property was fairly new and situated in a lovely quiet neighborhood in Stuart Florida. The unit was clean and fairly well equipped. The small outdoor balcony was very pleasant addition. There was an attached garage which was very handy and a great way to store our bikes. There were 20 steps up to the unit (no elevator) so that might be a consideration for some. We were able to bring our 2 small dogs so that was one of the reasons we chose this property. We loved being close to Stuart and being able to walk there. We also enjoyed our walks to the river which was only a block away.

The feeling of Old Florida

While brand new, the apartment felt like nostalgic Old Florida. The apartment was light, bright, and spacious with high ceilings and nicely appointed. An unexpected bonus was the neighborhood and closeness to Stuart’s Historic District. Our whole experience was extremely positive. We would certainly return!

Great Experience

Newly renovated, nicely furnished and appointed (all new) in a great location, in a quiet residential neighborhood within easy walking distance to restaurants and waterfront. A special perk is parking in the garage underneath the unit. We really enjoyed our time there and the host was great and very responsive to our questions.
