Let's start with where the hotel is located, Le Mar Iowa.... also known as "the sewer city" for the smell. In the room I stayed in the past was coming off the walls, the sheets were dirty, the bathroom floor tiles were broken and coming up.

Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Le Mars by IHG
Rooms were very clean, the free breakfast actually had a great selection of pastries, eggs, sausage, pancakes. Hot coffee and assortment of juices. Elegant 5-bedroom house in Sioux Center near Dordt University and downtown.
The house was so spacious, especially the bedrooms. There was plenty of space to fit the whole family and have dedicated rooms for the littles to sleep. The living, double dining, and kitchen space was big and open enough to give space for all folks yet be involved in the conversation/get together. ...
