In the Lago 270 apartment, you can lose track of time because the view is so captivating. Completely renovated, our vacation home has always been the most popular and in-demand!
This apartment has so many great features. First and foremost, of course, is the view of the lake, the Borromean Islands, and the surrounding mountains—its beauty is simply breathtaking!
Second is the location; it might seem far away, but the town center is easily reachable on foot in about 10–15 minutes.
Third is the comfort: the apartment is tastefully furnished and located in a residence surrounded by greenery. The building has an elevator.
It can accommodate up to 6 people (maximum 4 adults; the bunk bed is suitable for children), perfect for a romantic weekend for two, a relaxing family trip, or an adventure with friends!
The living room features large, comfortable sofas, a unique dining area, and a TV; the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and minibar. The two master bedrooms, each with 180x200 spring mattresses, are very spacious; the children’s room features a comfortable bunk bed. Both bathrooms are equipped with a shower, double sink, and toilet.
Last but not least, there’s the magnificent 50-square-meter terrace with a patio overlooking the lake and a BBQ.
The terrace is the highlight of the apartment; it, too, is furnished with comfortable sofas and a table with chairs for lunch or dinner while admiring the views of the lake and the hills.
Every room has at least one window, allowing sunlight to stream in at all hours of the day and making the apartment very bright!
