"The hotel is simple but very clean. Staff is patient, even let us check in earlier. The breakfast buffet was a nice way to start the morning. The location is unbeatable as far as Kingston goes. One of the only hotels in town with decent prices for 2 queen beds. Thank you."

"Lovely location and nice cottage. Great view! Water pressure was very low in kitchen and bathtub. Not hot water in kitchen or bathroom. Hot tub was smaller than originally pictured, 3 people was a squeeze. But it did work and was hot. Communication with host was good."
