Very clean property and excellent host. Close to Stockton town and amenities. Parking with bass boat was very easy on roadside parking and power was easily accessible at the light post. Overall great trip. Will definitely come again.

Wonderful house with all the amenities you could want and then some. Communication prompt. We have stayed here every year for several years and we're planning again for next year. Perfect location. Clean and comfortable. Lovely outdoor deck, seating & grill. Very well stocked kitchen. Games for the kids, which they love. We find this place very comfortable and relaxing. Thank you for a safe haven to make wonderful memories with our family! Everyone looks forward to next year!!

The owner called ahead of time to let me know about the property & the community. The Roe's Roost was the perfect place to relax, swim, eat, & enjoy. Im definitely coming back & i highly recommend this place if you need to recharge. I couldn't of asked for a better vacation.

This was the perfect little place to stay on our fishing trip to Stockton Lake. While we didn't have a lot of luck fishing as the water was way down and we had some trouble with our boat, this was such a cute place to spend our evenings and fix breakfast everymorning. Friendly neighborhood and peaceful and quiet just like we like it. Brad Shull was great to call and give us a head's up about a few things as well.

Stayed for 3 nights honestly could not have been happier. I typically go the hotel route when traveling, but decided to give this place a try and it exceeded any and all expectations!! The place was clean, cozy, and had everything you need to have a relaxing trip. Host was communicative and extremely pleasant to work with. I will definitely be staying here again for sure. Thanks again for everything!

This property is a great getaway stay for fisherman that are meeting up with friends to spend time at the lake. Coffee maker, microwave, fridge. Simple amenities and a place to rest between outings. Very homey. Property on street corner. Rental is second floor of house. Quiet neighborhood when we were there.

We enjoyed our stay at Roe's Roost very much. It met our needs perfectly. First of all, the location was great, with easy access to Stockton and Stockton Lake. We love the clear water and rocky, forested shoreline of the Lake. The property is just off Hwy 215 in a neighborhood called Umberview Heights. The lake access point there is only 0.4 miles away, has a boat ramp and dock and is very scenic. The studio condo was perfect for my husband and me. It is spacious, functional, clean, comfortable, updated, and tastefully decorated. We loved the full kitchen, king sized bed, updated bathroom, spacious living area, and large wraparound deck. We didn't use the washer and dryer. We were able to kayak, paddle board, and swim from the lake access point. We also enjoyed paddle boarding and swimming at Cedar Ridge Park, and swimming at Ruark Bluff East Park and Stockton State Park. We ate at the Boathouse restaurant, No Wake Cafe, and Country Corner Cafe. I would recommend all of them. In summary, we enjoyed our stay and hope to stay there again

It was perfect for a weekend getaway for my husband and I. Nice quiet neighborhood and everyone is very friendly. The deck was the perfect shady spot to enjoy our morning coffee. The boat ramp was right down the street to load and unload. We would come back here and stay again.
