Nice home for vacation.

The microwave would not get hot and someone took the grate out of the fireplace but we enjoyed our stay there. The home is roomy and comfortable!

Beautiful neighborhood

Property is a little run down but it worked out just fine for what we needed. Beautiful neighborhood with great parks within walking distance. Nice backyard for corn hole and hanging out. Outlets in the bathrooms didn’t work at first but then magically turned on (so make sure to keep checking them vs trying to blow dry your hair in the bedroom without a mirror) Lots of wear, missing knobs, carpet has a few stains from wear. Cookie sheets in the cupboard are too big for the oven. That was a bummer. Two coffee pots was a huge bonus! All in all it worked out great for the size of our group.

This was better then a hotel.

Vacationing with 6 sisters having different views do agree that the house was very spacious, quiet neighborhood, cozy back yard. Very satisfied.

Clean and spacious

The house is located in an updated part of the city , close to all the markets and shopping centers. The house is super clean and roomy. Fits a large family comfortably. We will definitely come back

Very comfortable home for large family.

My family of 4 stayed here for a week and had a very comfortable stay and Rajesh was very responsive to any concerns or questions i had. The home was clean and the neighborhood classy and peaceful. I would highly recommend this home.

Board Retreat Jan 10-12 stay in Tracy

The kitchen had minimal serving dishes and utensils; it only had one kitchen knife and it is not sharp. If we had known we would have brought our own. There were no kitchen towels. There were not enough glasses and dishes in the kitchen; there were not enough serving bowls or wine glasses. We planned our board meeting around the football playoffs but the TV would only stream movies. The property description did not tell us that the TV access was limited. However the owner was kind enough to come over and bring the upstairs TV down stairs sho we could accesse our programs via our personal devices. There were no extra sheets for the blow up mattress. There were not enough wash cloths, hand towels, or towels in the bathrooms for the number of people using the house. We were surprised to find a camera in the living room; the property description said that all of the cameras were on the exterior only. Overall it met our needs for our board retreat. The home is lovely and the neighborhood is quiet.

Large house in Tracy Ca.

This house worked out well for our family. The floor plan was open and large. There were 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom downstairs, that were suitable for elderly great-grandparents. The kitchen had a good flow and lots of counter space. I would suggest taking a couple sharp knives, coffee filters, dish towels, a medium sized frying pan, foil, baggies, cookie sheet, and a sponge. The t.v. downstairs said netflix no longer available and only worked with our laptop. The owner said he would send someone over to help us with the t.v., but we chose not to. We decided to put a large jigsaw puzzle together. There were no local channels for news or sports games. The t.v. upstairs provided netflix. The backyard was nicely sized with a pretty lawn for the kids to play and a cement patio with an overhang. A couple of the kids stepped in poop, perhaps from a neighboring cat. Looks like new furniture and bedding in the bedrooms. Linens in the bathrooms were new. Some of the blankets were full of lint, probably from being new and just washed or washed with towels. There was a large dining room table. It was great for having our family dinner and playing board games. We appreciated the large garage and being able to park two cars inside. A washer and dryer is available, you need to take laundry soap. The owner was very kind and allowed use to access the property a little early, really helped us avoid driving in the commute traffic over the Altamont. One night we had 8 people spending the night. It was perfectly sized for that. The other nights we had 3 only people and of course didn't need that much space, but still enjoyed the home. We had different family members stop over for Christmas gift exchange. The agency tried to phone me to notify me that no guests are allowed. Their calls came in as spam so I did not answer the first two calls. The owner, who must be the one who monitors the 3 cameras at the house, sent a text. I got that right away and then I spoke to the agency. They asked us to escort people out. The great grandparents may have left by then, the others gathered up their children and left after dessert. All in all, the neighborhood was quiet, the house floor plan was perfect for a large family, close to the supermarket, the owner was helpful, there are some improvements, like new window coverings, and additions needed, but I would recommend it to other families.
