There is no elevator, our room was on the second floor, and when we checked out early because my legs could not handle the stairs, they were not concerned and said our refund would be up to expedia because we booked with them. One week later we called them about a refund and they said they did not have to give us a refund because we did not give them 48 hours notice. So they got payment for 2 days that we weren't there.
