Quiet Hours: We greatly value our quiet neighborhood and ask that you avoid making noise, especially between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., so that everyone can get a good night’s sleep.

Guest Limit: Please use the apartment only with the number of people specified at the time of booking. If you plan to have additional visitors, please let us know in advance.

Environmentally Friendly: Environmental protection is very important to us. Please help us by sorting your trash and disposing of it in the designated bins.

Punctuality appreciated: We value your time and ask that you adhere to the agreed-upon times for key pickup and return. Please let us know if you anticipate any delays.

Tidy Departure: We ask that you vacate the apartment by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure at the latest and leave it as tidy as you found it.

Open communication:, If something is not right during your stay or something gets accidentally broken, please let us know—we understand that minor mishaps can happen.

Safety First: Please make sure all doors and windows are locked when you leave the apartment to protect your personal belongings.

Security Deposit / Damage Protection:
Before check-in, guests choose either a security deposit of 99 € (pre-authorization on the card only, no charge; released after check-out, provided no damage has occurred) or, alternatively, a non-refundable damage protection fee (approx. 22 € for the first 3 nights + approx. 3.20 € per additional night). For bookings made via coyhomes.com:, the security deposit and local tax are already covered at the time of booking.
