Our family stayed for a college graduation weekend. This was a wonderful escape from the campus chaos and in-town celebrations! So quiet and clean! The home is actually much cuter than the pictures depict! Owner was very friendly and responsive! Would definitely recommend to Stephenville visitors!

Stayed for a baseball tournament with another family. The house was beautiful and well maintained with everything you may need for your stay. The property was quiet and felt safe. Owner was available and agave us opportunity to meet the horses which was a wonderful experience for the kids.

We stayed here for Tarleton's family weekend. It was a beautiful home out in the country. It only took about 15 minutes to drive to the university. We would definitely stay here again.

If you're going to Stephenville, this is the place to stay. It's the cutest house, very private and super clean. Cindy was great and answered all my questions. Hopefully, it'll be available next year when we go back.

This was a great location and comfortable accommodations for four adults, three generations. The kitchen provided everything necessary for preparing a nice family meal, and we enjoyed seeing the horses in the pasture each morning. We were in town for my daughter's graduation ceremony, and this was a good way for all of us to stay together comfortably. No regrets in choosing this location.

Visited for graduation at Tarleton State U. Convenient to campus, shopping, and visiting family in town. Cool respite during heat wave allowing for home-cooked meals and family down time. Great atmosphere on the ranch, with friendly horses to visit. House was done in cowboy theme, which added to our Texas experience. Thanks Cindy!

Spectacular accommodations with a well-stocked kitchen, super-comfy beds, and a fantastic view of beautiful ranch land in Stephenville, TX. We were so impressed with the large open feel of this home-away-from-home and loved sitting on the open porch with the sounds and sights of cows, horses and an occasional Scissor-tailed Flycatcher to start our day and then end with the gentle breeze offered from the open field in front of the house. The decor is warm and welcoming and there are several extra touches throughout to make you feel at home. Cindy was easy to reach for any questions beforehand and throughout our stay! Highly recommend this location for any trips to Stephenville or surrounding areas. So many things to love!

We loved our getaway to the country. We stayed over New Year's and it was peaceful and restful. Cindy was great with our pre-visit questions about traveling with our 2 dachshunds. The accommodations were amazing and the amenities were impeccable. Cindy's attention to detail will surpass your expectations.

My sons go to Tarleton and are very busy with school. I wanted to be able to bring a little 'home' to them while they are doing the college thing so I rented this lovely home for a full week and then cooked meals for them every night I was there....What better way to connect then to have great home cooking:) Cindy and Cody were the best hosts ever and I will for sure be back!
