Community hot tubs (2) *If you are booking a stay in April-May or September-November please check with us with to be sure the pool and hot tubs are operational during your stay if this is an important part of your vacation. The pool and hot tubs occasionally close for seasonal cleaning etc.

2 Parking Passes for spaces outside unit - RVs, campers, trailers, etc are not allowed to be parked in the spaces, on the driveway or street per the neighborhood HOA.

No Smoking or Pets Allowed

This 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath town home is in a great location only a mile from the ski area and right on the free bus route (10 minute ride). It will comfortably sleep 6 adults, offers views of the slopes from the bedrooms and makes a fantastic vacation rental.

The property has a nice open living area on the first floor. It includes a full kitchen, dining table with 6 chairs, brand new sleeper sofa, 2 comfy chairs, flat screen TV, gas fireplace, which keeps the unit extremely toasty. The full kitchen has everything you need to make a meal. There is also a half bathroom on this level.

Both bedrooms, the full bathroom, and washer/dryer are upstairs. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom and twin on the top, all nice mattresses, the bunk rooms are brand new. Both rooms have views of Mt. Werner and plenty of storage.

Enjoy a soak or swim in the community hot tubs (year-round) and pool (summer only), which is not far from the unit.

Even closer is the free bus route stop. Buses loop every 20 minutes and you are only about 10 minutes from the base of the gondola/base area, restaurants & pubs and the Gondola Transit Center, which connects you to shopping, downtown and more restaurants and pubs.

Most mountain residences, including this property, do not have air conditioning. Fans are provided for your comfort.

Originally started as a summer resort destination, Steamboat has become renowned for its world-class skiing and mountain biking options. And your Steamboat vacation rental will put your family in the middle of it all.

Winter activities include skiing, snowmobiling, snowboarding, biking, sledding and fishing. The city houses two ski areas – Steamboat and Howelsen Hill, Colorado's oldest continuously operated ski area. Or simply play in the smooth, dry snow, referred to as Champagne Powder, for which Steamboat is known.

Mountain biking is huge in Steamboat. Known as Bike Town USA, the city has trails for all ages and skill levels. Hundreds of miles of single track, as well as over 50 miles of downhill and freeride terrain.

** In March 2020 when the resort shut down, we gave refunds for any unused nights and would do that again.

Perfect for a ski getaway!

This property was perfect for myself, husband and son to ski for a few days. It was clean, spacious for 3, had everything we needed. The shuttle bus and proximity to the mountain were great and the communication throughout our stay was clear and thorough! All in all an excellent experience!

This property is perfect. Clean ... easy check in. Board games provided... the owners checked in to see if we needed anything. Close to town and the bus stop for the ski lodge ... it was such a nice getaway. A winter wonderland.

The place is full of owner's personal items. Its very small, there is no place for pantry, any available space in kitchen cabinets is taken by owner personal items. Drawers filled with junk and missing essential items like potato peeler. Teflon pans terribly scratched. Overall the pace is cluttered, needs updates. Bunk bed is falling apart, Closet doors are falling of the rails. We didn't feel well there. Cleanliness of the property has been addressed quickly by management company, very thankful for that.

Easy access via bus to mountain.

Easy access to mountain via bus: plenty of towels and basic supplies; nice gas fireplace; warm; does sleep 7, recognizing 3 people need to sleep in one room and two on pullout couch downstairs. Tv is streaming and was complicated for us since we don’t stream our TV. Thus if you are also not familiar with streaming, I would recommend bringing DVDs. Kitchen had plenty of plates, cups, silverware for cooking in.

Not worth the money.

Not worth the money. The property isn’t well taken care of. Damaged items throughout, cluttered, no real counter space in bathrooms, and a lot of things were dirty. Additionally, the listing photos are misleading; there’s only one usable hot tub.

Although the pictures gave the impression that the rooms of the property were much larger, they met our needs. It was good to get back to Steamboat Springs. The temperatures were much lower than what the summer brings to Sarasota, Florida. Hopefully we will be back next summer.

Last week before the Governor told all of us to leave but bu thanks for the money you wasted.

Very clean, well kept and updated. Just need to clean the one closet out a bit more in the one bedroom, it would have been nice to use instead of piling stuff in front of it. Thank you for sharing your home with us on a last minute trip. It just too bad your Governor knee jerked and kicked all us tourists out of the state. And don't have any misconceptions about that statement as it's nothing but the truth. He was trying to do damage control to keep the state from getting labeled and turning people off from coming in the future. FYI Gov we've seen how much you appreciate the people that support your winter economy and we'll not be doing that again in our life. BAD DECISION no matter how you justify it. This whole Covid panic is plain stupid. You can have a flu outbreak that kills just as many people and that's not a problem. The get your butt to work and suck it up we need you to make us money attitude is fine for that! Corporate America is all about the Almighty Dollar and nothing more. In God We Trust........

Great house!

We had a great time staying here. Property was exactly as listed and looked just like the pictures. Very comfortable beds and one minute walk to free shuttle which takes you to the mountain for skiing or downtown. Highly recommend!

Ski Weekend

The condo was well equipped and clean. Since its a 2 story unit there were no upstairs neighbors stomping around above and we heard nothing from neighbors on either side-very quiet and peaceful! Beds were very comfortable, the gas fireplace was cozy and the walk to the bus stop was less than one minute. Great weekend!

Overall I was very happy with the accommodation. The only surprise was an unwashed frying pan left in the cupboard when we arrive. No problems with the accommodation. Heating was very good. would recommend to friends.

The location of the place was great. We appreciated how the patio was hidden by trees so it felt secluded and the neighborhood was quiet. The townhome was clean and had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steamboat Springs!
