  • Make your next vacation special at this highly sought-after condo with its location on the top floor, vaulted ceilings, amazing views, and easy access to the slopes, lifts, restaurants, ski school, and shops. The large open kitchen features modern appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and an adjacent dining area with a large table for seating for the whole family to enjoy meals together each day. Step out to the furnished balcony for some fresh air and watch the skiers and snowboarders fly down the runs with a cup of coffee. When everyone returns home from a full day of fun, the living area is a great place to wind down and watch a movie on the TV as the fireplace flickers nearby. Plus, skiers and snowboarders alike will be thrilled to know this is a ski-in/out rental with easy access to slopes that are perfect for beginners.

    The Torian Plum Condominiums is located in the heart of the Steamboat Ski area, so hopping on and off the slopes will be a breeze. Nestled next to the loading point for both Gondolas, Christie Peak Express and Steamboat Square, Torian Plum is in an ideal location for any family. The complex also has an outdoor heated pool, three outdoor hot tubs, fitness center, grills, and underground on-site parking. Some of Steamboat's best apres-ski locations for drinks and food are located on-site, and you can shop to your heart's delight at the local boutiques and galleries.

    Things to Know
    No smoking is allowed at this vacation rental, on balconies, or in Torian Plum common areas.
    Please be advised that there will be ongoing construction in the area beginning in May of 2026.
    Garage parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
    Camper vans are not able to be accommodated for guest parking.
    Pack n plays and highchairs available for guest use upon request.

Great location! Ski in/out, walkable to shops and restaurants. The condo is nice. Had everything we needed although the sofa bed is not comfortable for an adult. Great amenities with pool, hot tubs, gyms, local shuttle, parking garage, etc. We would definitely stay again.

This was our second stay in this unit and it didn’t disappoint. It’s a fantastic place to stay. Great views of the mountain and base. A quick elevator ride to restaurants, ski lifts, hiking trails, and the base. This only vet minor drawback is that there is no stash of herbs, seasonings, and such in the kitchen from previous visitors. Otherwise it’s a great place to stay. We will be back.

Million Dollar View!

We flew into Hayden and took the 30-minute shuttle over to Torian Plum. Condo #802 in the main building, on the top floor with a million-dollar view! It is a great ski-in/out unit. Just take the elevator down to the 1st floor and about 50 steps to the snow to snap into your skis and slide right down to the Wild Blue gondola. The unit has everything you need for a great stay! The Ski locker is right next to the front door. We will be back, highly highly recommend it!

Very comfortable condo with great views ! The only thing we would change is that the storage closet be located at the plaza level so you don’t have to carry ski equipment up to condo. We had a fantastic family vacation ... quality time skiing and hanging out ! ⛷😎

We enjoyed our stay, and the condo in which we stayed in the Torian Plum was everything it was promised to be, without exception. Where things really shined for us was with the staff. Moss, Darin and Carter were all EXTREMELY wonderful to work with. We had a peculiar situation where our toddler caused for a valuable item to be lost, and all three of these fellows dropped everything and helped us to the maximum extent possible, all while being very courteous and showing the utmost customer service. The condo was great, the Torian Plum/Vacasa staff mentioned were truly exceptional. I would recommend that anyone considering staying under their care is likely to have a wonderful customer service experience.

Awesome Place - we’d stay here again for sure!

This is the nicest older place we’ve ever stayed at. Everything worked as it should in the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Skiing is 50 steps from the building with a couple of great places to eat nearby. There’s also a free shuttle to anywhere you want to go. Park the car and enjoy everything Steamboat has to offer! I think we’ll book for the same weekend next year!

Perfect fit!

This is the nicest older place we’ve ever stayed at. Everything worked as it should in the unit. The kitchen had everything we needed for making meals. Skiing is 50 steps from the building with a couple of great places to eat nearby. There’s also a free shuttle to anywhere you want to go. Park the car and enjoy everything Steamboat has to offer! wonderful condo

This is a comfortable, well-furnished condo on the 8th floor at the base of the mountain. We were there in the fall. It was very quiet. The location was convenient to town and hiking. My husband and I considered moving our lodging to town after our 3-night reservation, but we decided to extend our stay because the condo was so comfortable and we really enjoyed it. The staff at the front desk were very helpful. We didn't use the pool, but we did use the hot tub. It was clean, convenient and hot.
