This large multi-level 4-bed/3-bath townhome is located minutes from the slopes, hiking, and biking! Close to town, shopping, restaurants, and bars. This split-level home is a perfect getaway for groups or families, and is only steps away from the city's free shuttle bus. In the summer, enjoy the large outdoor pool, patio, and grill - just feet from your property.
 
On the main level you will find a bedroom with a king bed, and an attached bath. You will also find a pull-out couch in the living area. The upstairs primary bedroom features a king bed, and a private en suite bathroom. On the lowest level you will find one room that has a twin-over-full bunk beds, another king bedroom, and a bathroom. Please be aware:

Upstairs primary bedroom is loft-like, it has visual privacy but no bedroom door.
The twin bedroom is not closed off. You must walk through that room to access the other bedroom and bathroom.

AMENITIES:
Herbage Townhomes are surrounded by trees, close to the mountain base, and just steps from the free shuttle stop. The complex also features an outdoor pool (summers only), and a private patio. At Herbage, you're only 700 yards from the resort.

GETTING AROUND:
Steamboat offers a free shuttle bus service to the lifts and to town. The home is only steps away from the bus stop or a 10-minute walk to the lifts. The shuttle can take you to shops, restaurants, and bars in the heart of Steamboat Springs. The free shuttle is only two stops away from the Gondola.

Long Weekend

Overall, the unit was clean but it did have a fair amount of dog hair in the carpeted areas. There appeared to be no air conditioning and the upper floors were HOT! The proximity to the pool was amazing! The parking was nice. We would likely rent this unit again.

We had a blast staying at the Herbage unit. The unit was very clean, easily accessible, and in great proximity to everything Steamboat has to offer. We would highly recommend staying there!

Clean and tidy. Easy to check in. Lots of towels, blankets, etc. Well stocked kitchen. Kids had a great time in the nearby pool. Would definitely stay again!

Served its purpose

Furnishings were nice, the place needs a face-lift. Outdated kitchen and bathroom. Needs a deep cleaning. Cobwebs in the beams. Other than that we enjoyed our stay, it was close to the pool which was great as we had grandkids that throughly enjoyed it. We had a nice relaxing time.

It was clean and just what we needed for our situation. The price was super cheap and as they say you get what you pay for. The curb appeal is not great- the HOA needs to put money into replacing wood and the landscape. Stumps and zapped dandelions everywhere. The pool was suppose to be open when we were there. It opened on Sunday after we left. The first impressions of the screen door being broke. One of the kitchen chairs was held together by duck tape. The basement was very musty. The window in the basement was sealed shut which is a fire hazard.
