La Casa 07 is a 1,900 square foot condo spread out over three levels, providing ample space for everyone in your party. A well-equipped, full kitchen with a double wall oven and a breakfast bar, is ideal for home cooking, while the adjacent dining table for six is perfect for meals and family game nights. The living room is comfortably furnished with a warm gas fireplace and a handy wet bar, while right outside, there's a large balcony where you can relax and breathe in some of that fresh, mountain air. You'ill also have access to two shared hot tubs during your stay.

If you're looking for some fair-weather adventure in the great outdoors, hike the scenic, seven-mile Yampa River Core Trail that passes right through Steamboat Springs, or head north just 37 miles to check out the incredible Mount Zirkel Wilderness Area for fishing, hiking, and whitewater rafting. Experience the relaxing and therapeutic qualities of the Old Town Hot Springs with multiple pools and water slides, roughly three miles north. And when it's time to dine out, this condo sits within walking distance of popular local restaurants like T-Bar, Café Diva, and Slopeside Grill.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
