  • Pack your bags and surprise your family with an unforgettable ski-cation at Waterstone 33, a bright and well-equipped townhome that will make your dreams of a perfect mountain vacation come true! Featuring three-levels full of comfort, great amenities, and interior decor that will delight everyone, this family-friendly home away from home won't disappoint. Come back from the slopes to warm up in front of the gas fireplace as you snuggle on the large, sectional sofa while one of your friends or family members prepares a delicious meal in the fully-equipped kitchen. It boasts all the appliances needed to let your creativity flow, a breakfast bar, and a dining area with a large table. Floor-to-ceiling windows let everyone enjoy incredible nature and mountain views from inside the home, but if you'd like to take an even closer look, step out to the private deck and enjoy the fresh mountain air. An on-site washer/dryer combo will make packing easier; there's no need to worry about washing your clothes somewhere else other than at home. We know everybody loves a relaxing vacation, but if you can't really disconnect from work, there's a desk upstairs that will be the ideal place to sit down quietly and reply to some emails. Guests will have access to great shared amenities provided by the resort such as an outdoor hot tub and heated pool. During ski season, on-call shuttle services take guests to skiing, shopping, dining, and other area activities.

This is a fantastic place to stay with a group or a family. The abundance of bathrooms and bedrooms with a fully stocked kitchen, beautiful views out back and a washer/dryer plus heated garage was all wonderful. It’s in a great location within walking distance to the base with service by the private Vacasa shuttle and walking distance to the free bus to go downtown. We appreciated the stocked paper goods for our long stay as well as the responsiveness of the Vacasa team when we needed asssitance.

Fantastic place for a big group! We had 7 adults and a 1 year old and everyone had their own room with their own bath and plenty of common space to hang out and have fun together!

50th birthday celebration

The home was perfect for our girls weekend. We loved how close it was for walking to gondola square and a short uber drive to town. The water feature in the back and the creek was an added bonus. We wished we had more time to use the pool and hot tub. Definitely a perfect house for a girls trip.

Great location and very convienent shuttle

This was one of our units in EagleRidge for our ski groups annual trip. The EagleRidge location was fantastic and the shuttle was very convenient for the ski resort, groceries & restaurants. The unit was very nice and comfortable.

The location is excellent. The house was clean. We loved the number of bathrooms and having a small garage. We loved having a large dining table. We liked the peaceful sound of the water outside. It was nice to be two houses from the pool/spa. It got a little hot without air conditioning. We could have used more fans.

Family Wedding

I rented this unit for a family wedding in Steamboat in September. the unit housed my husband and I and our three children and their significant other. We could not have asked for a better layout, each couple having their own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen and living room had plenty of space and was extremely comfortable for all of us. The pool and grounds were clean, beautiful and quiet. While sitting on our lovely deck a couple hours before the wedding, I had a large brown animal come by, a moose and her baby decided to have a drink and a swim in our little pond!! Everyone was out on the deck watching this Nature at it's best while baby nursed and both enjoyed the moment. Our trip was awesome but our visitors will be a memory we will share for a lifetime. We were almost late for the wedding, the moose must have stayed for close to 30 minutes or so LOL.
