Timber Run 107 by Mountain Vacation Lodging is a nicely updated and affordable condo that is ideal for two couples plus kids or singles. It features comfy furniture, tasteful decor, an abundance of on-site amenities and a good location. Please read on for more details.

The Property:
When you enter this condo, you'll find an open concept living room and 2 story vaulted ceilings. The living room is large, featuring comfy leather furniture, a warm gas fireplace with stone surround, a large HDTV on top of an entertainment center filled with books and games, as well as access to the covered balcony, where you'll find padded chairs. The living room includes one sleeper sofa. The dining room has a beautiful table with matching chairs and buffet table. Both the dining room and living room have the 2 story vaulted ceilings, which makes these rooms feel quite spacious. The kitchen is has granite counters and stainless steel appliances. It is an extra wide galley kitchen with a breakfast bar that makes it easy to serve up meals to the dining room. The kitchen has some bonus features too, including the new fridge with filtered water dispenser and ice maker. The main level of this condo includes the first bedroom, which includes a nice King size bed, dresser with a large HDTV, large closet, and direct access to the first of two full bathrooms. Head upstairs and do a little turn across the catwalk, yeah. Here you'll find bedrooms 2 and 3. Bedroom 2 has a Queen size bed, a large closet, vaulted ceilings and a ceiling fan. Bedroom 3 has 4 Twin size beds (2 bunk beds). The upstairs bathroom is a "Jack and Jill" bathroom that can be accessed directly from either of the upstairs bedrooms.

Location:
Timber Run is located 1/2 mile from the center of the Steamboat Ski Resort. In ski season, a complimentary private shuttle is available to give you a ride to and from the slopes. During the day, it loops back and forth to and from Gondola Square, the heart of the mountain village. From there, you can easily walk throughout the mountain village, or hop on the free city bus for a ride anywhere in town. The distance to the slopes is walkable for many, and outside of ski season, can be quite pleasant. From this condo, just head downstairs, turn right, and cross Walton Creek Road to the Mountain Sneak trail, a paved and plowed sidewalk which meanders in between developments and leads directly to Gondola Square. Ski season guests who prefer the walk to the shuttle may consider storing skis and boots in Gondola Square, to make the walk easier. If you rent skis or boards, they'll offer free overnight storage, and we offer discounted rental rates from multiple rental locations in the Gondola Square area. Parking at the ski area is free, but the walk is faster. If anyone in your group is not skiing, driving to drop people off would take only about 2 minutes.

Arrival, Access, and Parking:
Once you book, we're here to support you. We offer professional concierge services, provide you with arrival instructions and answers to any specific questions you might have. When you arrive, you'll check in at the on site front desk. Accessing the unit does require going up one flight of stairs. Parking at Timber Run is an outdoor lot. Parking is provided for up to two vehicles. The spaces are not assigned or reserved, and there is usually more than enough space for everyone. Please note, trailers are not allowed, per HOA guidelines. If you plan to bring one, there are options for parking them nearby. Contact us for details.

** Please note, the community facilities and amenities are seasonal and sometimes close for cleaning and/or maintenance. In a typical year they are open all ski season and from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend. If you are visiting between the end of ski season and Memorial Day, or between Labor Day and Thanksgiving, please contact us to confirm if they will be open during your dates. The tennis court is open in summer season only.

** Rental Agreements, Security Deposits, Rental Requirements - All hotels and rental properties have some rules and are subject to some amount of laws or regulations. Please look for and review any Rental Agreement terms, House Rules, and or Terms and Conditions presented during the online booking process. After booking, a Vacation Rental Agreement will be provided. All guests are required to sign the agreement within 72 hours of booking, and prior to occupying the property. ** Air Conditioning - Most mountain resort properties were not built with air conditioning. During most hours of the day and weeks of the year, AC is not needed. Summer nights are cool and fans are provided at most properties. Check the average high and low temperatures and weather forecast for your dates of travel, and look at the list of amenities to see if AC or fans are part of the rental property and look for ceiling fans in photos.
** Group Sizes, High Occupancy Fees, & Maximum Occupancy - Some properties use a “High Occupancy Fee” to “raise the rate” for larger groups, and are thus able to list a lower nightly rate for smaller groups. Each rental agreement and associated rates are for a specific group size. Guests must enter the correct and maximum group size at the time of booking. The agreement requires a guest to confirm the group size and subsequently, to disclose any changes to the planned group size, which may result in an increase, or decrease, to the total cost, and may result in a security deposit becoming required.
** Video & Noise Monitoring - Please note that noise monitoring devices, and security cameras, do exist on the exterior of the property. Cameras are positioned to cover all entrances and exits of the home. Cameras are present to ensure the property remains secure and safe, as well as to ensure that guests are honest and upfront about their planned use of the property. If you plan to bring more people than you've indicated, more dogs than indicated, to host a party or event, or do not intend to respect neighbors or the value and quality of the property, then this is not the place for you, and you should not book the property. For normal, respectful groups, we are sorry that these statements and measures are necessary. Security cameras and noise monitoring devices are an example and demonstration that the property's owners are taking steps to ensure the home remains available for rental, and in good condition, for your benefit. ** Cleaning Fees & Lengthy Rental Periods - The standard cleaning fee quoted as part of any booking is for the final cleaning, which is to be performed after the rental period has ended. For guests who are booking a lengthy stay of more than one week, a mid stay-cleaning fee equal to the final cleaning fee may apply for the second week, third week, and so on. Loved yhe property! Great location fpr access to Steamboat. Only trouble was a clogged sink inmaster bath & glass was chipped on the kettle but otherwise o we all relaxing place to come home to. 5 stars!

We had a great stay in Steamboat. Location was convenient. Shuttle service was readily available, worked out great to come and go. Drivers were friendly. Felt safe. Easy check in and out. Appreciated earlier access after driving 21 hours. The only thing we didn’t have in the kitchen was a crock pot. I purchased my own while there as I had meals planned for our ski days. Otherwise everything else seemed stocked. In unit laundry would have been a plus to have but not a deal breaker. We enjoyed the town on our rest days. Strawberry Hot Springs, axe throwing and bowling. Sunpie’s, Icehouse and Back door gril were great spots!!

Great location, booking and check in very easy. The condo itself needed updated. The dishwasher was disgusting, so disgusting. The refrigerator, the ice maker did work properly. The condo is very hot - the afternoon sun hits it. The screen in the downstairs bedroom window was broken, fans were available, but were impossible to place in the front of window. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom, a light bulb just fell out of the fixture. The master bath - the showerhead did not work properly and the shower curtain was ripped. And no toilet paper was found besides the current roll. A fan in the living area was provided, but again nowhere to plug it in to reach the sliding door opening. We are former owners of a condo in steamboat, which we rented and honestly, this condo needs some work.

We came in for a baseball tournament nearby. Our team had 3 condos here which was nice so the kids could meet at the pool. We had a team barbecue in the pool area and loved the views from our balcony. We would definitely book here again.

We really enjoyed using the pool and tennis court. Condo was a great setup and we enjoyed watching NBA playoffs and playing a family board game. Loved all the art/deco as well.

A group of seven of us stayed for a week and everything was perfect. The check in process, the condo itself the location, the amenities, the ability to shuttle to, and from the mountain. Everything was as pictured three outdoor hot tubs so there was always space and availability. The condo was stocked with everything we needed down to coffee filters. We did have a few questions and communication with Mountain Vacation Lodging who manage the condo was always seamless. Would definitely recommend. My only complaint which isn’t really a complaint more of a suggestion is to change the glass on the gas fireplace as you can’t see the flames through the fog but again I would be the first person to say if this was our worst problem it was a tremendous day which it was.

We rented this property to be close to our daughter for her fall wedding in Steamboat. We found the facility to be clean, comfortable and convenient for us to participate in local activities as well as hikes and tourist attractions. While not out and busy we found the space calm and rejuvenating. We will definitely love to stay again!

Clean, spacious, beautiful! Love the vaulted ceilings. Kitchen was really well-equipped. The condo was 'tech-ready.' Ski lockers outside were great. Timber Run had shuttle to and from the mountain that was ideal. Never waited more than a few minutes for a shuttle. In short, it was perfect. I even had to request toilet paper on Christmas Day, and it was delivered!!! We will reserve again! Thank you!

We had a wonderful getaway and stay at this condo in Steamboat. Location was great. The 3rd bedroom with bunks was perfect for our kiddos. They loved sleeping together like big kids. Thank you for allowing us to have a great weekend.
