  • Standing under the Natural Bridge in Slade Kentucky. Its namesake natural bridge is the centerpiece of the park. The natural sandstone arch spans 78 ft (24 m) and is 65 ft (20 m) high. The natural process of weathering formed the arch over millions of years. The park is approximately 2,300 acres (9 km2) of which approximately 1,200 acres (5 km2) is dedicated by the Office of Kentucky Nature Preserves as a nature preserve. #Nature

  • This is sky bridge. The most massive arch in Red River. it spans over a hundred feet and about 50 feet in the air. Probably the most famous arch in Red River, it has been seen in movies. Many astro-photographers flock here because of it's structure and clear skyline. If you get a chance, the trail is only .8 miles and very much worth it. You first walk across the top of the arch, it is so big that you are halfway across before you notice your not just on a narrow rock path. then you circle around to be under the arch.

Beautiful weekend in RRG and the barndo was the perfect central location for all of our activities. Kitchen was perfect for all out meals in between hiking adventures and the fire pit, hot tub and outdoor activities evenings a total enjoyment. Will certainly return for another stay on our next RRG adventure.

This property was amazing!!! Beautiful, serene, clean, theu had all the essentials for the home, by far the best place we have ever stayed! At one point we lost power ( due to someone taking out a power line) he reported it to the power company and kept us fully informed. Just a wonderful trip!!aininformative avout what was going on

Comfortable stay

Exactly as pictured and described with some nice welcoming touches like snacks, bottled water and toiletries. We didn't have time to try the games or hot tub but everything was clean and inviting. We had a lovely stay and would have no hesitation recommending it.

Red River Getaway

Great property and amenities! The weather wasn’t that great when we visited Red River Gorge so it was nice to have the house to hang out at. Looking forward to visiting again when the weather is better and will look to stay here again. Would definitely consider having friends/family stay in the connecting unit. Host was great and responsive.
