"When booking my delux room, I had checked the room amenities and see that the room had a bath tub, this was my reason for booking. When I arrived the staff were super helpful and went the extra mile upon discovering there was no bath tub in the room. They relocated me into a beautiful room with a bath. We enjoyed our stay so much, we booked an extra night."

"The suite was well equipped, bed was comfortable, view was good. Weather wasn't good enough to enable a dip in the pool. Wifi was terrible. I informed reception who were going to look into it but I heard nothing back. I tried on 2 devices I managed to connect with 1 for only 1 minute before it dropped out and I couldn't connect again."

"Great rate for the room. Room was perfectly clean ect, amenities however. . . Shower wasnt working, it started and then effectively "ran out of water" it seems. I had arrived later evening, (about 8pm) got showen to my room. But couldn't find somone to address this. But as far as price for a clean room overnight, would recommend 100%"

"Handy location a short drive from the AUT Millennium pool and Westfield Albany. Rooms are modern and very clean. It would be great if face cloths could be provided, and also a duvet cover large enough to fit the bed. Also we had our 2 kids with us so enough cutlery for the family would be helpful. Great value for money overall."

"We had a fantastic day. The apartment is located just a short walk from Waiake Beach - in fact, you can go out the back gate, stroll past the sailing club and you’re right there. The apartment itself is presented with modern decor and has everything you need for your stay, right down to the complementary tea, coffee, Milo and cookies. Lovely outlook over the reserve, huge bed in the master bedroom, spa bath in the bathroom, great communication from our hosts… really hard to fault anything about...

"The hotel from entry is run down. The lifts are grubby, the bathroom was ok but needed a good clean. The rest of the room was comfortable and the view stunning. "
